We especially understand your disappointment with the pool, since it was an important part of your family's vacation plans. While our team responded to assess the issue, we regret that the necessary repair could not be completed during your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the outdoor kitchen, patio fan, and downstairs bedroom, and have shared your feedback with our team for further review. We'd like to clarify that while our housekeeping team was still finishing up at the scheduled 4 PM check-in time, you were given access to the home at 4 PM, and cleaning was completed just nine minutes later, at 4:09 PM. We apologize for that brief delay and understand that arriving after a long day of travel can be tiring. Regarding the other concerns mentioned, our team worked to address each issue brought to our attention during your stay, including getting the hot tub repaired, and fair compensation was provided for the inconveniences experienced. We take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can continue improving.
