The Space:
The residence features a large living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom, and one bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a comfy king bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom features a large updated vanity with quartz top and a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large breakfast bar. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and features a flat screen TV. On the front patio, guests can enjoy seating for up to two with a large patio table facing the pool.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the heated pool, tennis courts, grills, and on site laundry. Guests also will enjoy access to the two adult sized bikes located under the building in the designated bike storage area.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement upon booking.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
