SAM'S Dock

Eastside Finger Lakes chalet known as "Sam's Dock" offers equipped lodging for up to six. Convenient to rural villages, winery and brewery trails. Perched on a grassy sloped lot. The Lake side of the home has sliding patio doors going out to the deck with outdoor furniture, gas and charcoal grills. There are 37 steps with landings to the cottage, from the lower road; 38 steps with landings across the road down to the lakeside. This three bedroom, 2 full bath chalet provides amazing views of the lake and sun rises and sun sets. Dock holds up to a 23 foot boat, float with ladder, life jackets and firepit lakeside, private lakeshore with gradual entry.

Sam’s Dock Delight

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location near the wine trail. House was very clean and user friendly with a great deck. Only down side was there seemed to be a lot of paperwork from leasing agent that I have not encountered with other properties. Miss communication over key placement was very frustrating after a 11 hour drive! Overall a good experience.
