New listing 3-bedroom cottage for the perfect escape to Keuka Lake. This private home has flat parking for vehicles on private driveway. The waterfront has a deck, gas grill and firepit (new deck furniture coming soon) No steep stairs or slope to the water's edge. Good size dock for boating and fishing and includes kayaks and a canoe. Remember to bring life jackets for the little ones. The interior living space is 1800 sf with a large kitchen, fully equipped and modern appliances. Comfortable large family room with smart TV and wifi and AC/heat pump units on both floors. Enjoy the views of the lake from several large windows. Guests will find a comfortable space featuring a Queen, Full, 2 Twin, and King bed with a full bath on the first level and 1/2 bath on the second level. This quaint cottage invites you to relax and unwind, whether inside or out.
Reminder that towels and linens are not included. We provide pillows and duvets, but you will need to provide your own sheets and towels. You can bring these items with you or use "connect a service" to rent these and have them delivered. The property does have a ring camera at the front door entrance to check for packages and security when away, no interior cameras. In addition to the beautiful Keuka Lake water, this property is close to many popular wineries, breweries, hiking trails and seasonal blueberry picking. Try some of our favorite places like Steuben Brewing Company, Point of the Bluff Vineyards and the Glenn Curtiss Museum. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our cottage and create lasting memories.
