This beautiful swanky luxury home is located on the golf course behind the gates of the Indian Wells Country Club in the enclave of Manitou Springs. The home is located on the 7th green of the classic course of the Indian Wells country club. It has gorgeous views of the stunning Santa Rosa mountains that are lit up at night. Come and enjoy this property which has its own putting green, firepit, and all the indoor outdoor feeling that the beautiful desert has to offer. Lounge in the pool with state of the art outdoor speakers and TV. You walk through the door and you can say 'Vacation' 'What a view!!

This unique totally stylish 3000 sq ft single level stunning home which has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with king beds and luxury linens.

This home is available on a short term basis. It is located in the sought after, centrally located town of Indian Wells. 20 minutes from Palm Springs Airport and walking distance to world class golf, tennis, restaurants and shopping on El Paseo.

Indian wells 'The Beverly Hills of the desert' is located between Palm Desert and La Quinta.

The home is minutes from world class sports facilities such as 'The Indian wells tennis garden', home of the BNP Paribas open (formerly the Pacific Life Open) and golf courses which host the PGA skins tournament.

We plan to someday retire and enjoy this home on a regular basis, so we are particular about its care. If you naturally take care of other people's property, as well or better than your own, then we welcome you. If not, then other homes may be more suitable.

Fabulous place!

Three couples thoroughly enjoyed staying here and playing golf in the area. The house was just great and the location can’t be beat! The owner couldn’t have been nicer to deal with and we can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic Month in Indian Wells

My husband and I and our 3 adult children had a fantastic vacation in this beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable with very high quality linens, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the pool and spa were heated so that we could swim every day despite the cooler weather, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Through our Club Corp Play Away membership we were able to play on the 2 beautiful Indian Wells Country Club private golf courses, as well as use the fitness facility there. The house sits on the golf course but is protected from errant golf balls by its location. Beautiful views! Indian Wells Tennis Garden is within a mile of this house and the pro shop there arranged games with members pretty much every day. Our host Rhonda was very communicative and saw to every detail of our stay. We could tell she takes great care in providimg an exceptional experience. Thank you for a very memorable vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is great, plenty of room and everything is nicely furnished and appointed, etc. We really enjoyed the pool, too. Best of all the owner was very helpful with detailed instructions re various parts of the house - tv, music, pool and spa, A/C, etc. - and was available if we needed her. A+.

Great location/Outstanding home in Indian Wells

My wife and I plus 3 friends have stayed at this outstanding home in Indian Wells for the past two years. Both times, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is immaculate and contains high-end furnishings and finishes. The open-space and views out the back yard are outstanding. The configuration with 3 Master Suites and 3 King beds is great for multiple couples. The owner (Rhonda) is extremely responsive. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues this year, and she ensured that the repairmen were out there to fix the issues the same day or the next day.

Fun in the desert

Our annual desert week was made even more enjoyable by staying at this beautiful three bedroom three bath elegant home. Our expectations were exceeded in every possible way. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The bedding exquisite. The airy and open floor plan allows maximum light and view of the pool and golf course. The home was immaculate. The kitchen well stocked. We all felt immediately "at home". We loved the pool, the fire pit and comfortable seating areas. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to returning in 2017.

BEAUTIFUL HOME, GREAT VACATION

We had a great vacation at Casa Sioux! What a fabulous home - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful, beautiful furnishings. Relaxing in the yard was awesome with a great sitting area, great pool, fire pit and beautiful view. The location is perfect. Close to many golf courses and lots of wonderful restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home!! Loved it!!! Rhonda, the owner, was so great. She was so helpful and friendly. A real pleasure to deal with. Can't wait to go back!!!!

PERFECT VACATION BEST LOCATION EVER!!!!!!!!!!

The owner Rhonda was totally helpful! She was there at a drop of a hat whenever we needed her. Very knowledgeable and helpful with everything we asked. The attention to detail in the home is immeasurable! Fully stocked kitchen, etc. The pictures do not do the home justice, it was GORGEOUS. The putting green right out front was perfect, we never needed to even leave the house! Indian Wells is a great location though to easy access to all the most popular restaurants. I can't wait to be back in the pool with a cocktail! :) WE CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect Vacation!

We had such a beautiful vacation during our January stay, so therapeutic and relaxing! The house was better than pictured, absolutely gorgeous with attention to every detail. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, flat screen TV's, plenty of towels and linens, and all of 5 star quality. The backyard was exquisite and inviting... huge pool and jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ, putting green, comfortable lounge chairs, couches, seating, umbrellas and beautiful mountain and golf course views with lots of privacy. I highly recommend this home as well as the gracious host! This was the absolute best getaway, we can't wait to go back!!

If you like boutique hotels...

then this is the place for you. I looked for weeks for a place that I would be excited about, and I found it here. Rhonda, the owner, was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house was by far the nicest rental home I've ever stayed in. It really felt like you were in a boutique hotel villa. The pictures accurately represent the house, which is to say that it is fabulous. Minor issues like a wobbly chair were taken care of immediately. The house was a less than 5-minute drive away from grocery stores and nearby restaurants -- so convenient! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing getaway in the Palm Dessert vicinity.

Desert Oasis

Wonderful vacation spot! Hard to tell what was better, the beautiful home, the fabulous pool and hot tub, the gorgeous scenery or the terrific location, close to a world class tennis club and awesome golf courses! We absolutely loved it, we had everything we needed and more, everything was top quality and the owner was so helpful! I loved the history behind the golf course we looked at every day! All you could want in a vacation rental...

This is our second time @ Casa Sioux because it was such a wonderful experience the first time! The house is beautiful and maintained to a "T"! Lovely furnishings, fully equiped kitchen, plenty of towels for bath and pool, tv's in every room with every channel - and the views are fantastic! Everything is so comfortable that you feel as if you are in your own home - only better! It's a 5 Star stay. The house is close to everything...El Paseo for shopping, restaurants and you can walk to the tennis tournament if you wanted. Golf is around every corner, just pick a course. And the best is the owner is SO easy to work with. I could go on and on-but I think you get the picture!

we found the perfect house in the desert

Last summer we rented this beautiful house for 2 weeks. The house was located in an excellent position in Indian Wells and was equipped with all (and much more) that we required. It made for a very comfortable holiday, with great views of the mountains. We loved the quiet and exciting views. The pool and spa were delightful and meant that each day started with some much needed exercise. Through the years we rented some properties in Palm Springs but this is one is our favourite. We liked it so much that we already booked it again for the coming summer. Also the very good contact with Rhonda and her help when needed was a reason why we rented this house again. It is a beautif place with everything you could wish for.

Awesome Home

My family and I stayed over New Year's and absolutely loved the house. It was well organized, well stocked and beautifully furnished. The views are fantastic and the yard feels so open in that it is right on the golf course. The neighborhood is great for biking, jogging or just taking a stroll. The location is fantastic and convenient to shops, restaurants and an amazing tennis facility. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are very modern and the kitchen has everything you need (and more). We really enjoyed swimming with the kids in the pool, hanging out on the comfortable patio furtiture and lighting the fire both inside the house and on the patio and hanging outside with family and friends. I highly recommend this property for those that enjoy luxury, comfort and convenience. We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful, Welcoming and Comfortable Home

Several friends of mine and I stayed here for three nights and four days. The home was beautiful (even nicer than in the pictures) and impeccably maintained, and the owner is very friendly and responsive. An absolutely fabulous vacation rental in 'the jewel of desert'. The property exceeded our expectations and is truly a top notch property. Best ever for our Colorado family

Our family has rented 4 other properties in Indian Wells over the past 2 years and this was by far our favorite. It has a quiet, large lot with a wonderful pool and patio area with plenty of lounge chairs and seating. The outdoor firepit was a favorite of our adult kids in the evenings. The house was beautifully decorated and alot of thought was put into the "extras". We have rented properties in many places and the instructions for this home were easy and organized. Great Desert Getaway

Our first extended rental in the desert. This is beautiful house--newly remodeled--in a great location with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. The owner was very accommodating, quickly responded to any questions, checked with us to see that we were having a good time, and offered helpful tips on local restaurants, etc. The Indian Wells Country Club is a beautiful area and centrally located for golf, restaurants, shopping, etc. You won't be disappointed if you choose this rental.
