House was very well taken care of and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable, and shower pressure was strong. TV in every room. Perfect location near multiple beaches, shopping, and dining. Host was quick with responding. Pool and pool area was clean. Water was very refreshing after a hot day at the beach. Saved this house as one of our families favorites!

Thank you so much for the kind words. That really means a lot, especially coming from someone with so much travel experience. We take a lot of pride in keeping the home clean, comfortable, and easy to enjoy, so it is great to hear that stood out to you. We would love to host you again anytime you are back in the area.

It is a great location! Close to shopping, restaurants and beach. The outdoor space is great. The covered lanai with fans made it very comfortable even when the temp was in the 90's. We drove to the beach every day parked at Del nor Wiggins State park. Parking was 6 for a vehicle and the beach is not as crowded as Vanderbilt Beach. Drive to the beach was 5 minutes. After the beach we would go back and enjoy the amazing pool. We loved the pool! The outdoor shower is very convenient. Thank you for sharing your home. We would definitely return to this property.

It was like staying in a relative's home rather than a rental. everthing imagined was there, from towels to bikes to kitchenware ( a nespresso would have been nice..LOL). Very accomodating host and a beautiful home. the SALTWATER pool was a great extra. Very clean and a great central location... just minutes from the beach.

House was perfect for my family of 5! It was cute, clean, and supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was also very close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach! The host/owner had great communication along the way. I would recommend this house and consider staying again if we come back to the Naples area.

Great location, clean, nice pool area, they have everything you need for the beach. Only downfall was the neighbors dog barked quite a bit. Not the property owners fault. We’d still give it a 5 star rating.

Thank you for the thoughtful review and for highlighting the location, cleanliness, pool area, and beach gear. We are really glad the home had everything you needed for a great stay. Naples Park is a true beach neighborhood rather than a resort complex, which is something many of our guests really enjoy because it gives the area its relaxed local feel. Like most residential communities there can occasionally be normal neighborhood sounds such as a barking dog, but we always want our guests to have a peaceful experience and appreciate you mentioning it. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay and truly appreciate you choosing our home. We would love to host you again anytime you return to Naples.

About the host

Hosted by Susan Holte

Host profile image
My husband and I are originally from Minnesota, but we relocated to Texas in 2022. We’re a busy family with two kids and two dogs, which keeps us on our toes—especially during the school year! In 2020, we purchased our first vacation home in Naples, FL, hoping to create a getaway for ourselves and share it with others when we're not there. After spending six weeks in Naples, we quickly fell in love with the area and knew we wanted to make it a place where we could return often. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We chose this area because it has a nostalgic charm with an old-school feel that brings back so many memories for us. The neighborhood offers the perfect blend of a small-town vibe with a big splash of paradise. When we stay at our home, our kids can ride their bikes or skateboard to the local Dunkin’ Donuts or head down to the beach—it’s a safe, welcoming community that feels like a hidden gem.

What we love most is how everything is so accessible. You're just minutes from the stunning Gulf Coast beaches, world-class dining, and boutique shopping, yet it still feels peaceful and laid-back. Whether you're exploring nearby nature preserves, enjoying the vibrant local culture, or simply relaxing by the pool, this area offers something for everyone. It’s a little slice of paradise that we can’t wait to share with our guests!

What makes this property unique

What makes our property truly unique is its unbeatable location and the peaceful atmosphere it provides. Just a short bike ride from the beach, local restaurants, and shopping centers, our home offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Whether you’re starting your day with a quiet morning walk through the neighborhood or heading to the beach to soak up the sun, the peacefulness of the area always shines through.

Our home itself is designed for relaxation, with a private pool and a spacious covered lanai where you can unwind after a day of exploring. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach, and the large sliding doors bring in plenty of natural light, creating an indoor-outdoor living space that’s hard to beat.

Plus, Naples’ weather is fantastic year-round, and even on hot days, the gentle ocean breeze keeps everything comfortable. Whether you're here to relax by the pool or take advantage of the nearby attractions, our home offers a peaceful retreat in a beautiful location. It’s the perfect spot to experience the best of Naples!
