This property was close to all Surf city amenities. All withing a few minutes drive. Super safe and quiet with local convenience stores fairly stocked with all first hand necesities necesities. Lady in charge was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Family of 7 vacation

The property is beautiful with all the fruit trees and plants. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to sleep. I just wish there was a washer and dryer to do our dirty laundry. Also the driveway was a bit too steep for our vehicle but there was a spot to park on the street.

**Amazing Stay**

We absolutely loved our stay until the neighborhood lost power for the second night, the host was gracious enough to refund a night back to us to which I am so grateful for, the property itself is clean and spacious. The kitchen was huge and had all appliances that we needed. The main house is shady so the heat wasn't as bad! The pool and basketball court were the highlights so much fun! I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Whatta Slice!

What a great property. There’s a pool, whirlpool, full kitchen (with bottled water!), two bedrooms, AC, and a great porch with hammocks. The property manager Gloria is spot on with her communication, and English. Beware there is no hot water (that I was aware was of). One bed was tough so I moved to a different one and it was good. Thanks for a great and easy stay

Lovely stay

We loved our stay at the property. It was very safe and private and has everything necessary for a serene and relaxing getaway. The hosts were especially gracious to us. I am American and my partner is native to El Salvador. The host was both English and Spanish speaking. I loved the kitchen as it was very large with everything necessary to cook for our stay, great appliances too. The gardens are lovely, and so colorful, and we enjoyed lounging on the porch in the hammocks. The property is gated with security and the house is also gated and we felt very safe and peaceful. It was very quiet with lots of fresh mangos to eat, fresh herbs from the garden to cook with. Animals and birds everywhere. We loved our stay. Everything was clean, and there were zero issues. The house has an open concept and is great for groups or couples like us. We will stay there again!
