Adele Blue Danube (10 min to Center direct above Subway)
Studio Apartment in a blue and golden style - perfect for two persons - but it is also possible to extend the sofa if you are more than two. The normal bed is 160 cm broad - The sofa bed is only 120 cm broad and best for one extra person.
The Apartment is equipped with a full kitchen with Fridge, Oven, Microwave, Induction stoves, Toaster, Kettle & Coffee machine. There is a Fire Smart TV to stream TV via the Internet. Also a washing machine with dryer is in the Apartment
The Location of the Apartment is fantastic for Tourists. The Apartment is in 15th district - close to the Border of 7th District - close to Westbahnhof (West Train Station) and Mariahilferstraße. It is directly above the exit of the Subway Line U3 Station Schweglerstrasse. In 1 Stop you are at Westbahnhof, 2 Stops middle of Mariahilferstraße, 4 stops Museumsquarter and 6 stops Stephansplatz City Center, 8 stops City Airport Train.
The Apartment is in a dead-end Road and pedestrian zone. So its a quiet street and there is no noise from traffic as there are only a few cars parking in front.
As its in the center of the 15th district - there are also nice Restaurants and many supermarkets in 2 min walking distance around the Apartment.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder
Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, nett eingerichtet und trotz beschränktem Platz mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner. Bettwäsche und zwei Handtücher werden gestellt. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN und über den Fernseher kann man im Internet streamen (Amazon, Netflix etc, kein TV-Programm). Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist nur wenige Schritt entfernt (wodurch man in kurzer Zeit z.B. am Stephansplatz sein kann) und auch die Straßenbahn schnell erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig in der Wohnung, man hört weder etwas vom Verkehr noch gibt es interne "Störgeräusche" z.B. vom Kühlschrank, da der Bereich mit einer Tür vom Wohn/Schlafzimmer abgetrennt ist. Umgekehrt erwartet der Vermieter gemäß seiner ausführlichen Infomail, dass man in der Wohnung keine Partys feiert und ab ca. 22 Uhr die Nachtruhe einhält, was ich völlig in Ordnung finde. Das Ein- und Auschecken funktioniert kontaktlos und einfach über einen Code-gesicherten Tresor an der Außentür, der den Schlüssel enthält. Empfehlenswert!

Charming, Incredibly Convenient Apartment in 15th District
Perfect adobe for individual or couple's stay!! Comfortable Queen bed, small but well-provisioned kitchen, bathroom with sliding door has shower only, but lots of hot water! Fantastic location directly next to U3 subway stop and half a block to the 49 tram and 9 bus in the Maerzstrasse. Abundant grocery stores, restaurants (Kent is on the corner), bars, bank branches, hair salons, you name it! Take the U3 three subway stops to Neubaugasse for shopping in the Mariahilferstrasse or ride just six stops to Stephansplatz, the heart of Vienna. For an amazing brunch, walk to Das Augustin, Maerzstrasse 67. Friendly, efficient and responsive owner. Book now!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung = schöner Aufenthalt
Ruhige, direkt an der U-Bahn gelegene, sehr schön renovierte und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Dank der ausführlichen Beschreibung mit allen notwendigen Hinweisen ein entspanntes Anreisen und Einchecken. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants - alles um die Ecke gelegen.
Ideal für einen Städtetrip, bei dem man ohnehin fast den ganzen Tag on Tour ist und anschließend in eine schöne Unterkunft zurückkehren will.
