This stunning second floor one-bedroom apartment is light and airy, with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area with a pull-out couch (queen size) & a floor to ceiling sliding door which leads you on to a private balcony, overlooking the property’s courtyard.

The bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed (King Koil mattress), a fully equipped walk-in wardrobe, a luxury en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing in-case-you-forget bathroom amenities and a hair dryer.



This contemporary and uniquely styled apartment is located opposite a beautiful and wide stretch of Seven Mile Beach, just a 2-minute walk across the road. Steps away from Public Beach, our condo is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy all that Seven Mile Beach has to offer. Excellent apartment and location, as per other reviews. Bottom floor is restaurants, businesses, grocery ... very convenient, no noise or distractions from that. Upper two floors are apartments. It is a very short walk to 7 mile beach, 2 minutes and good overall location. Had everything we needed.
