Top of the line finishes and amenities are sure to satisfy all guests. You will love your stay in this fantastic vacation condo. The Grand Cayman vacation rental features a one bedroom with a king Serta iComfort therapeutic mattress topped with Pacific Coast duvet and pillows to ensure a restful sleep and ensuite privileges to the one bathroom. We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels. Plus, we have insuite laundry if you need to freshen up the towels. Demand hot water means you will never run out of hot water. Ceiling fans and a quarterly maintained AC unit is sure to keep you comfortable. A pullout sofa in the living room can accommodate two additional guests with extra bedding. Smart TVs to entertain when needed, and free WiFi plus a computer desk with a larger screen and peripherals to allow you to connect with to get some work done more efficiently to leave more time for the beach. The kitchen has everything and more you could want in a kitchen away from home. From a Vitamix blender to Keurig coffee maker will help cover all the drink requests. Our unit has a dishwasher and fridge that makes ice. All units have an Alexa device to play music, and can be disabled with ease if she isn't your friend. In room safes and USB hubs to keep devices charged. Enjoy time on your personal screened in lanai when you relax or use the electric BBQ to make something to eat. If cooking is not on the list while on vacation, feel free to use the local phone to make dinner reservations or use the second line to make free calls to the US or Canada. If you have not been to the island in the last year, we want to share an important aspect of our coastal landscape with you. Due to the ebb and flow of beach erosion, our beloved shoreline has transformed into a smaller beach, detached from the busy part of SMB. Occasionally, the water may approach our seawall when the waves are active, providing a unique and captivating view of the ocean's rhythmic dance. Loungers & umbrellas are set up ocean side or beach front as Mother Nature permits as seen in the pictures listed.

The communication was excellent, instructions were clear, condo was well kept and clean. Upon check in we noticed they had fruit, granola bars and juice for us to enjoy. I am a neat freak so i enjoyed the laundry area, cleaning supplies and extra blanket. The location was close walking distance to food, shopping and liquor store. The pool was very well kept and the ocean was just stunning. I even enjoyed my buddy the rooster even though his time clock is off a bit.

Perfect Place

This is right across the walking path to Camana Bay, a beautiful shopping center full of restaurants and local shops. Not to mention, right on shaven mile beach. Definitely recommend!

Great stay on the beach!

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights 5/13/23 - 5/18/23. The condo is very walkable to restaurants and shopping and has a beautiful beach area with loungers and umbrellas. We had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great Spot

Property was updated and in great shape. The grounds were very nice. The walk to the pool is about 30 seconds and a minute to the beach. Shopping and dining also all within walking distance. Very happy with location and property.

The sunsets were amazing, the beach was very clean and nice for a swim. The seating was on the grass above the beach. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The host, whose communication was excellent, kept us informed of the beach situation, which we appreciated. Great restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery stores, and we didn't need a rental car. We would stay here again!

Perfect place

Accurate description, great location 300 ft from the beach, upgraded interior, brand new kitchenware and grill, quality appliances, a lot of towels, even complimentary fruits (that was very kind, thanks !). We had friends renting another unit there, we could clearly see the difference as our one was better in every single aspect.The resort itself is tidy and cozy, the beach with fine sand, and not many rocks on the sea floor. The water was unbelievable - perfect temperature, and clear down to 6-8 ft. Some fish and sea life you can see with snorkel. Watersports rental 800 ft down the beach. Short walk to a few good restaurants and local shopping.Overall - great 4-day vacation, highly suggested !

First time to Cayman

What a nice town with plenty of fine restaurants. The people are extremely friendly. Two things to remember. It’s an expensive trip if you eat out which we did. But the food choices are tremendous. Second thing is STAY TO THE LEFT!! Driving is a learning experience.

With three children, technically adults now, it has always and still is relaxing to know everyone will be safe. We started with one condo and soon found ourselves adding a few more. What started out as a hobby, has quickly become a small business and now lead to our full time jobs and as such we treat our units as a business and our guests as our best clients. With opportunities to purchase in different parts of the island, we keep coming back to this resort as it checks all the boxes. With over five hundred 5 star reviews, attention to detail is what best sums up our motto.
