Pool & Spa:
May through September, the pool is heated complimentary to 85 degrees via solar heat pumps.

October through April, the pool can be heated, but due to the low overnight temperatures and cost of propane it is an additional $200 per night, with a two night minimum. We need payment and five days notice to have it heated to 85 degrees by check in.

The spa is complimentary and heated year round.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items
Please replace remotes for the TVs, heater-AC, portable heaters/fans. Replace pool cover key in the control box if moved or used during your stay.
Please tidy up the house to the condition it was when you arrived and replace any moved furniture, return outdoor furniture to its place, return pool toys to their holders etc.
Please check for personal items (drawers, closets etc.), and lastly, please leave the Welcome book on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement within 48 hours after booking, no smoking, no pets, no parties/events w/out preapproval.
Min age to book 25, no 3rd party bookings, main guest on reservation must be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests.
No extra guests over 12, includes day visitors without preapproval. Quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am; six cars max without preapproval, no RVs.

I take it to mean, enjoy life, enjoy the moment, see and feel the beauty around you and allow the positive energy of the world wash over you and bring you joy and serenity. May you in turn reflect this joy to those around you, your friends and loved ones. I hope you feel the pura vida as you open the gate, drive up the driveway, feel and see the beauty of our magical oak trees, the vineyard, the home, the beautiful architecture and furnishings and of course the fun filled backyard.
