Features include a downstairs ADA-friendly in-law suite, upstairs master with Tempur-Pedic mattress, adjustable bed, open floor plan, private backyard with seating and fire pit, plus a game room with desk and spin bike. Washer/dryer and water softener included.

Downstairs:
• Private bedroom with full bath (ADA-friendly), ideal for in-laws or guests needing first-floor access
• Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas with direct access to the backyard

Upstairs:
• Primary suite with Tempur-Pedic mattress and private full bath
• Two additional bedrooms
• Second full bathroom
• Office / gym / game room with desk and spin bike

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, game room, backyard, and driveway. There are no shared spaces. You’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Don’t forget to leave garage remote in kitchen drawer to avoid replacement fee.

Leave bedding in each room on bed. Housekeeping will bag up and take to cleaners

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet times are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

There is no smoking allowed inside the home at any time

Please report any damages or maintenance issues immediately

Home away from home.

Had an amazing stay felt like home away from home. Great area with kind neighbors. Great location and convenient if going to Six Flags or Sea World.

Sibling Reunion

Patricia was a great host! Any issue or need we had, she addressed immediately! The house was awesome, comfortable and very accommodating for up to 4 couples. Great location for our needs, but everything in San Antonio is 30 minutes away! Lol.
