Guest have access to a beautiful backyard with artificial grass, BBQ grill, lounge sitting, outdoor bar and a hottube

House needs a lot of TLC - our daughter's feet were black with dirt after running around the first day before I realized the floors were not clean. The back door doesn't properly lock - it can be pushed open. There was not sufficient silverware or dishes for a family of 4. Carpet upstairs is full of old stains. The faucet in the primary bath drips constantly. Overall this house is very dated and needs a deep clean along with routine maintenance. Poor communication from the host, we checked in several times about checking in early and just never heard back. Overall a disappointing stay.

Very nice house with very cold AC! Perfect for Texas Summer. Clean rooms, bathrooms and nicely decorated. Very close to NISD Natatorium swim meets. Alan is a Super Host and great communication. Very accommodating. Thank you again Alan. My family really appreciate it. Will stay again.

First, the pictures are from long ago. Many things changed or outdated. Such as mastered is not on a frame anymore."Linens supplied" means six towels. No rags or hand towels of any kind. One of the back doors had a hkbged completely broken off, we clearly got the door shut and it definitely did NOT lock, anyone could have pulled it right open. I immediately messaged the host and NEVER received any response. The cleanliness, the host request the guests to sweep/clean the floor obviously because the cleaning crew doesnt do it. All my kids, including my crawling baby had black feet from the dirty floor. Not sure what exactly I paid a cleaning fee for. The ONLY good thing about this property was location and plenty of toilet paper...... do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Not.worth your money. VRBO needs to.do better vetting homes on here. People work hard to rent these homes not to be lied too and ignored. We did not sleep well at all knowing the back door was openly welcoming crime. And obviously the host doesnt care.

I sent picture of the condition of the property to VBRO the listing was not clean, was in a state of disrepair and when I sent messages to the host about the condition they went unanswered.
