The house was great. Everything was clean and ready for us. It was a bigger house than we needed but it was still nice. The pool was great however it was too cold to get into the water. I do recommend bringing plenty of mosquito spray. The skeeters were horrible. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had everything we needed. I wish it would have had a bigger coffee pot but that's just me. The arcade games was a blast from the past. I made sure the only bed we used was stripped. Garbage was taken out and any bath towels I washed and folded before we left. Bring your own groceries, swimsuits, beach towels and be ready to have fun, this place is a winner.

The home was in dire need of help. There was mold in bathroom on ceiling due to a broken faucet spraying ceiling. Instead of replacing the faucet they chose to spray paint over the mold. The dishwasher did not work, the pool was to yuck to allow kids to swim.

The cleaning crew was still there when we arrived and it delayed us from getting in to the property. Once allowed in there was broken furniture in one of the rooms and trash all around the backyard. The individual rooms stayed cool, however we had to use 3 large fans along with the ac window unit to cool down the large game room to sleep comfortably.
