Dallas Luxury New Build - Near Downtown

Come enjoy your stay in this brand new 2021 custom built home that’s within minutes of all the best things in Dallas. Featuring 5 bedrooms and a spacious backyard, this retreat is perfect for your family, friends, or business gatherings! You will also find multiple 75” TV’s and a full size arcade basketball game upstairs for the kids (or the inner-kid in you) to always make sure you’re entertained during your stay.

Three House rules-
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

We enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and stocked with the essentials. Check in was seamless. The property manager was so helpful and assisted us quickly with any concerns. I highly recommend this property if you was to stay in Dallas close to downtown.

Dallas Soccer trip

The property is in an area that has quite a few newly built or remodeled homes. The house overall was a great fit for our group of 7. We did not spend much time at the house, but its proximity to both the interstate and downtown made it a great option for us.

We enjoyed the stay. The pictures were deceiving far as the size of the rooms & furniture. Sitting on the living room & kitchen furniture was very uncomfortable, it should be upgraded. VERY NICE PROPERTY otherwise.

We enjoyed the home. It was very spacious and accommodating for our party of 10. The area wasn’t the best but we were close to downtown where we wanted to be. It was quiet. We did not have any issues.
