Beach Getaway-Year-Round Vacationer’s Retreat! Beautiful, Spacious, Comfortable!

Beautiful 5 level Townhouse (2,000 sq. ft.) Balconies (located on 4 levels) in a Quiet, relaxing area-2 blocks to the beach at the end of Ortley Beach.
Beautifully decorated, wood floors, wi-fi, streaming on all TVs, free parking in garage (level 1) Summer: One request, kindly rinse off the sand from your feet and chairs prior to entering into the garage. The hose is located in the garage. This is greatly appreciated
a 2-car garage, plus one permit for on street parking. Anywhere on the street except on Ocean Avenue or in a paid parking lot

6 seasonal beach badges, and 2 seasonal senior badges.

We include sheets, towels and comforters, to make it feel more "special". After each time of departure, Housekeeper disinfects the entire unit and bedding thoroughly.

There will be 3 adult bicycles that can be used while staying during your time.

There are 5 Tommy Bahama fairly new beach chairs.

There will be a large igloo on wheels cooler. there are also miscellaneous items in the garage which can be utilized for the renters.

There will be a roll or two of toilet paper in each bathroom for your convenience. Paper goods are to be supplied by renter as well as trash bags, dish washer detergent and laundry detergents.

Everything must be accounted for after departure or a claim will have to be opened to compensate.

Upon departure, please make sure that the dishwasher is empty and does not contain dirty items. Also, you may need to bring your own dishwasher and wash machine detergents as there may not be any available.

Celeste was very responsive and an excellent host. We had a wonderful time. The beach badges and parking and beach chairs were much appreciated and made the stay easy! The one upstairs bedroom is just a mattress in case you have older family members. Overall would come back and stay here!!!

Perfect place for healthy people because it’s a 3 story building you must have good knees to climb stairs, because of wood stairs you have to be careful. Otherwise I can say it’s good place to stay at seaside heights, boardwalk is so beautiful but if you want see beautiful beach with kids and family go 25 minutes drive to Island Beach state park, so so beautiful place , clean water, no garbage, and you can walk into water feeling safe , kids can play. One thing Garage door was making too much noise while opening and closing but we enjoyed very safe place and host gave us early access because flight was early Thaks for that.

Highly recommend. First Location: 5 Minute walk from beach. Perfect. Felt safe walking at all times. Second House: had beach passes had chairs even a beach wagon a boogie board had everything you needed honestly for a day at the beach in the garage. That was super nice. and the top house was very spread out by Level, which was nice if you had adults and kids. There were two living areas. One on the kitchen level and then going upstairs you had one more so the kids could have their own space. Third Host: communication was great. She answered all questions I had and was very responsive. Thanks for a great trip.

Celeste was quick to respond to me when needed. She’s truly a fabulous host. The house is beautiful & clean! The local was great! My only complaint would be that right before our stay the daybed in one of the bedrooms was replaced with a futon, which was not ideal. The futon mattress was on the floor and not suitable for sleeping on.

Yes I agree with this 100%. I ordered this on Amazon and it was a disgrace as to what we received. It did not look like the hideous futon that was shown in the Amazon picture. We just ordered a new futon which is being delivered on Wednesday. I apologize for this for sure.

Very cute place, great location. Didn't realize every bed was a double, and one of the "beds" was a very thin folded out futon directly on the floor. Was difficult for my husband and I to share a bed given we are both over 6ft and my son was not comfortable on the floor/bed at all. Was very clean. Blankets on beds were VERY thin and no extra 's, the kids were freezing at night. We LOVED the bikes and most everything we needed for the beach was included. Host was easy to contact and quite accommodating, allowing us a 1hr earlier check in time and to stay later to enjoy another beach day for a reasonable fee. Kitchen accommodations need some sprucing up, lots of odds and ends but not many usable items: broken spatchula that can't flip a burger, blender with no top, ect. All in all a awesome little spot, be prepared for LOTS OF STAIRS!

Celest was very accommodating and the condo was very spacious just a short walk to the board walk which was nice to bring the kids in stroller only about 5 min walk! Restaurant and bar right across the street and a brewery down the road was nice to order food. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Family Shore Stay

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Owner was very responsive, house was clean and they provided everything you need. A huge bonus is the 2 car garage, plus a street parking permit. In addition to the park, the 6 beach passes was fantastic. These two perks really save you a ton of money you’d otherwise spend.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The place was large enough that of there were a bigger group than us 4, it would allow for privacy. It had just about everything we could have needed for the week. The bedroom on the top level does get a little warmer than the rest of the townhouse. There is a ceiling fan and an additional fan that does help very much. We would recommend staying here.

All I can say is the photos of this property don't do it justice. The home was very large with tons of room for a large group. Completely updated and so clean. Well, I am from up north Jersey, but I love being right near the ocean! I spent the entire summers at my grandparent’s summer home along with all of my cousins, my siblings, and aunts and uncles for the first 16 years of my life. Then that ended because all of my aunts and uncles wanted to sell the summer home (cedar Bridge Manor in Brick Township, NJ right by the river (mosquito haven - there were mostly woods back then)! A couple of years ago, my sister and I wanted to purchase a place down by the beach, and here we are! You will not regret vacationing here because it is so lovely and there are great amenities. We would love for you to try it out and let us know what you think🥰 ❤️

it’s such a nice quiet area and the place is really roomy and quaint at the same time so all guests can have their space. It’s also lovely to walk around and The neighborhood whether it’s to the boardwalk or to the bay in the opposite direction, it’s really nice
