Private and peaceful Beach Cottage only steps from and the Seaside Heights Beach and Boardwalk. Located on the most desirable blocks in Seaside Heights. Newly decorated and spacious. This house is one of two houses on the property. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and two 50 inch screen TV's.. Home has central air and ceiling fans, a fully stocked updated kitchen, granite countertops, Keurig coffee pot, blender, pots, pans glassware, toaster, microwave, Wi-Fi and cable. Other amenities include hair dryer, iron, ironing board, driveway parking for two cars, propane grill (propane included), shared backyard and outside shower. Price Includes beach passes. Bed Sheets and Towels are NOT provided, please bring your own OR OUR CLEANING SERVICE CAN SUPPLY THEM TO YOU AT A COST OF $75.
Check in as at 3pm and Check out is at 12pm.
NO PROMS OR PARTIES ALLOWED. THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER! THIS IS A PET FREE HOME... SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

If you are looking for a clean , safe spot to lay your head on vacation, this is the place. We came for a family wedding and five of us were very comfortable staying. Easy walk to the beach ( beach badges are a nice touch included with your stay) and boardwalk. Variety of places to eat and shop on the boardwalk. Plus games and rides. Shannon and Dom were amazing property managers any questions we had were answered immediately. Definitely choose this spot and make sure to bring beach chairs and hangers, every other amenity is included.

Went with a group of 4 guys in our late 20’s and had a blast! Property was an extremely close walk to the beach and boardwalk letting us visit multiple times without needing rideshare apps. Parking was easy and would have been plenty for 2 cars though we only brought 1. Also very close to a grocery store for getting any supplies we weren’t able to travel with. Host was quick to communicate and helped us get settled in easily. The house having a washer/dryer made packing easier as well since we were able to reuse beach supplies and towels. If I’m ever back in this area with a group of 5 or less, I’m not even going to bother with other options since this had everything we needed at an extremely convenient location.

the property as usual was clean and ready for us when we arrived the kitchen was well supplied and clean as was the refrigerator and the best part was that the weather was just fantastic the whole week which made our stay very enjoyable

Returned again to this beautiful, comfortable, and convenient shore house. Such a wonderful house and has everything one would need to have a perfect Seaside vacation. Will definitely come again, and again, and again!

Over all the property was clean, however the the first bed room had heavy dust on the walls where the walls meet the ceiling. There possibly was mold mixed with the dust. This caused considerable breathing problems during the early morning hours. Additionally the towel rod in the bathroom kept falling off. I had to wedge an piece of cardboard on one end of the rack to keep it from falling.

Great Time!

We loved our stay here. The house is so clean and has the perfect beachy vibe. The size was perfect for our family of five and we loved the fact that the living room has a door so could be used as a fourth bedroom if needed. The location was excellent—so close to the boardwalk. We would definitely recommend this place

Location!

Because this property is on the North end of Seaside Heights it is a family friendly area. A short block from the beach and two blocks away from the rides and amusements makes this an ideal location. We have rented here for several years and always found it clean and welcoming. Hope to come back next year for more family fun.

Absolutely Perfection

We had the most amazing time! The rental was clean, had everything one could possibly need and was super convenient to the boardwalk. The host was also wonderful to work with. We loved it so much that we decided to stay longer!

Adorable and immaculate

The location was perfect. This cozy cottage was immaculate and described accurately. Owner was very responsive. Only complaint was no linens which was surprising for the price but we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome home in Seaside Heights!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Susan's home! The home was extremely clean, nice and spacious for my family, and in a great location - a couple of minutes to the beach and boardwalk, and on a nice quiet street. Susan was responsive and helpful throughout the booking process, and answered my questions quickly. It was a great value, too!

Seaside Heights Beach Paradise

This was my second year at this lovely beach house. Everything was just perfect. The house is very well maintained and provides all the comforts needed for 4 weeks of beach time. Steps from the beach and boardwalk and dining. Shopping is convenient, too. Even the weather could not have been better!

Summer vacation

Nice clean house short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Nice outside showers. Would have liked a tv in the bedroom but my wife wouldn’t have lol. But would recommend and will be coming back.
