Well situated in the middle of the nature of Borkum, the holiday home offers timelessly elegant living comfort on two levels. Modern and skillfully furnished, decorated with great attention to detail, it offers space for holidays for two, with friends or the family with grandma and grandpa.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the spacious living area with comfortable seating area, flat TV and electric fireplace. In addition, there is a double bed with wardrobe in the separate living and sleeping area. On the adjoining southern terrace with garden furniture you can relax comfortably until the evening hours. Furthermore, there is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a sauna on the ground floor.
In the upper floor the 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed 1,80m x 2,00m and Flat TV and 1 x two single beds) offer a generous bedroom situation, which is supplemented by a bathroom with shower, WC.
For your comfort, the first equipment laundry is available for you. For small children, there is an additional baby travel bed (Hauck 1,20 x 0,60 m) and 1 high chair on request.
A parking space is available for the holiday apartment. Washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge. The WLAN network in the apartment can be used free of charge.
