About this property

This newly renovated villa is located in a quiet and coastal residential area of Els Poblets. The villa has just been completely renovated. All rooms are on one floor. The house has a beautiful Mediterranean garden and a glazed porch to enjoy the views. The villa is equipped with everything you need to spend your stay both in winter and summer, has central heating, air conditioning, wood stove, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 televisions, WIFI, barbecue, outdoor shower and a private pool for the hottest days of summer and autumn with a size of 4 x 8m. You can park your cars in the carport for up to 2 cars. You can enjoy the cool summer evenings on the roof terrace or enjoy the mountain views during the day. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. The living area is approx. 100 m2 distributed over 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, living room and a glazed porch. The property faces southwest and is very sunny in winter.

To note!!!!
All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.

So Relaxing

Enjoyed a fab week staying at Villa. We are coming back hopefully next year. Been to area before luv restaurants and cafe bars Sorry to be leaving. Everything here that we could possible need

Super.... Gerne wieder !!!

war alles super.... vom Haus bis Garten und Pool , alles schön eingezäunt für den Hund auch prima. Bei der Ankunft war auch kaltes Wasser im Kühlschrank. Die Übergabe des Mietobjekts fand noch am späten Abend statt(22 Uhr) nach 16 Stunden Anreise echt gut das dies noch geklappt hat.Es war auch schön ruhig in unserer Ecke.

Maison idéale!

Séjour de 15 jours exceptionnel , la maison est parfaite: moderne, bien équipée, bien placée, la clim est bien nécessaire. Nous avons passé la plupart du temps à l'extérieur : belle terrasse couverte, mobilier extérieur confortable, un barbecue pour compléter. Maison sans vis à vis grâce à une magnifique haie fleurie, nous avons ainsi pu profiter pleinement de la piscine et de la douche extérieure. Le quartier est résidentiel, très calme sans nuisance sonore. Un grand merci à Nicole qui a géré l'entrée et la sortie, une femme vraiment très sympathique, disponible, efficace et au rire communicatif. Merci egalment aux propriétaires pour la gentille attention: une bouteille d'eau et de vin nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Deux petits points négatifs: un des matelas dans la grande chambre un peu fatigué donc pas très confortable et la terrasse extérieure côté barbecue qui manque d'éclairage dès que la nuit tombe. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cette maison!

La casa perfecta

Estuvimos dos semanas con dos niños y la casa es perfecta tanto para pasar días completos allí como para moverse por la zona. La casa está muy nueva y bien equipada y el jardín es grande con una piscina fantástica. Andando se puede ir a dos playas una de piedra y otra de arena y también hay varios restaurantes cerca. Una casa para volver.
