Very comfortable villa

The villa itself is comfortable and well provided and furnished. It is very hard to find however and even the Satnav seemed to struggle. Eventually got out of the car and walked while talking to Verena on the phone to locate it. The neighborhood all looks very similar and we continued to struggle to find our way to the villa. It would also be preferable to receive some basic information before arrival. However Raul was quick to respond to queries and Verena, who is the point of contact for the stay, was extremely kind and helpful. She sent us links to local restaurants etc and was flexible with our arrival and departure times. Everything was clean and tidy and the pool was most welcome We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Todo perfecto!

La amabilidad y rapidez de respuesta de Raúl es de destacar, también la de Verena a la hora de poder solventar cualquier cosa que pudiera pasar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar de las vacaciones y admitió a mi perro. En el porche de entrada pronto deja de dar el sol, con lo que puedes pasar casi todo el día disfrutando de él. Las habitaciones son amplias y, en ellas pueden dormir perfectamente 4 personas. Los colchones son cómodos. La piscina está muy bien. El coche lo puedes aparcar fuera, hay mucho sitio en la calle enfrente y a detrás de la casa.La casa tiene de todo: microondas, vitrocerámica, aire acondicionado, ventiladores, cafetera... En fin, un sitio que merece mucho la pena alquilar y en el que, sin duda, volveremos a repetir.

Die Eirichtung an sich ist okay gewesen. Die Lage war nicht schön. Ab 17:00 Uhr kommt man sich nicht an der Terrasse aufhalten. Man wurde regelrecht von den Moskitos aufgefressen. Strandabschnitt war deutlich entfernter, als wie beschrieben. Es war kein schöner Abschnitt, aber mit Auto 5 Minuten Fahrt war ein sehr schöner Sandstrand. Sehr schlechte liegen von der Finca Sonnenliegen.

Sie sind wahrscheinlich ein gutes Beispiel für das "man kann es nicht jedem recht machen".12 Personen haben 5 ⭐️ und Sie 2 ⭐️ ... seltsam für das gleiche Haus, die gleiche Lage und die gleiche Ausstattung. Ich werde versuchen, den Mücken ein Wort zu geben, damit sie Sie nicht mehr belästigen.

Rien à redire, maison décrite à l’exactitude, agréable, proche de tout, plage, commerces, restaurants, bars, grand et beau centre commercial à 10 mn en voiture, placement géographique idéal, beaucoup de ville, et de sorties à faire que ce soit à pieds, en bateau, ou en voiture, maison superbe qui ne manque de rien, tout y est pour passer un bon séjour, extrêmement propre, hyper calme, en entend que les oiseaux, pisciniste et jardinier passent tous les vendredi, communication avec le propriétaire hyper agréable toujours disponible, Verena toujours disponible, franchement aucun défaut rencontré j’y retournerais avec grand plaisir, et j’oubliais une chose très importante les propriétaires ont la gentillesse d’accepter les chiens et vraiment ça c’est une belle concession et je les remercierais jamais assez, alors merci aux personnes qui en ont d’être respectueux de ce merveilleux jardin.Encore merci et au plaisir

Super Urlaub

Wir haben 14 traumhafte Tage in der Casa Mi Suena verbracht.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top und bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat man sich flexibel gezeigt.Das Haus war bei unseren Ankunft sehr sauber und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass wir tatsächlich viel gekocht haben.Uns hat besonders die Ausrichtung des Hauses gefallen, da die überdachte Terrasse nach Westen gerichtet ist und ab ca. 11 Uhr im Schatten liegt, so dass man sich, speziell an den heißen Tagen, bei angenehmen Temperaturen draußen aufhalten kann. Toll sind auch die intakten Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern!Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Personen oder einer Familie mit Kind. Schwierig ist die Zufahrt auf das Grundstück mit einem größeren Auto, daher haben wir lieber auf der Straße geparkt.Insgesamt können wir das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

La casa en general por dentro es un 10. Tanto aires acondicionados, lavavajillas, menaje de cocina excelente todo. Cosas a mejorar la barbacoa , arreglo de jardín, arbustos y plantas. La ducha de la piscina, que no hemos podido utilizar. La recomendamos.

Excellent séjour dans la villa mi sueño

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa mi sueño, tout est exactement comme dans l'annonce. Très bien meublée, tres bien équipée pour cuisiner, le confort du ventilateur éclairé sur la terrasse couverte. Une tres belle piscine. Proche de la mer et des commerces, bref c'était parfait! Merci au propriétaire et au personnel de l'agence.

Holiday home from home

We had a lovely stay in Raul's villa. It is in a great location to visit so many places on the Costa Blanca. The accommodation has everything needed for a comfortable stay and we were not disturbed by any neighbourhood noise. The beach is less than a ten minute walk away and there is an excellent supermarket and good restaurants nearby.

Perfect house for a holiday

We have had here our holiday for 3 weeks. What a lovely house. The kitchen was very well equipped, even with dishwasher. The house was bigger than it looked on the pictures. The beds were good, the bathroom with a nice shower and washing machine was well equipped with everything you need and there was plenty of storage space available throughout the house. Everything was more than good. And then the garden and the private pool! Close to beaches, it is true that if you like sandy beaches you do need a car to drive to them, which are not within walking distance of the cottage. Enough delicious restaurants within walking distance in the neighbourhood and within 15 minutes by car in the old center and the port of Denia. Communication with both the landlord and Verena went well and quickly. Thank you, we had a very nice holiday!

Jederzeit wieder...

Das Objekt fanden wir per Zufall und auch nur, weil wir Corona-Sicher verreisen wollten. Aber was soll ich sagen? Wir haben für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder gebucht. Es ist eine super Villa. Nicht gross, aber auch nicht zu klein. Einfach gerade so, wie es sein muss. Es hat darin alles, was man benötigt. Geschirrspüler, WLAN, Waschmaschine... Einfach alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Nur die Nachbarn könnten stören, wenn man sensiebel ist. Aber wer möchte schon spielende Kinder als störend empfinden. Das gehört doch auch in die Ferien. Einzig beim Einparkieren war es eher eng. Wir entschieden uns dann einfach, das Auto vor dem Tor stehen zu lassen. Wenn man an den Strand will, kann man dies zu Fuss tun. In knapp 5 Minuten ist man dort. Dort ist Kiesstrand. Wem das nicht passt, findet mit dem Auto links und Rechts von Els Poblets feinster Sandstrand. Wir freuen uns jedenfalls schon, auf das nächste Mal.

We had a great week in this beautifull, and very complete, house. It's very clean, you can see, and smell it! A kitchen with more appliances than a lot of people have at home. Nice furniture, no old junk, nice beds, enough, very soft, towels. A great garden with a Pool, very clean, and a lot of privacy. Just a few minuten to the beach and restaurants, enough supermarkets near by. Just one hour to Valencia, by car. Nice beaches everywhere. Villages and restaurants enough. Great place to stay!
