The tastefully furnished 3-room apartment is located on the upper floor of a secluded residence in a quiet south facing position. Approximately 70 m² of living space spread over 2 levels. To emphasize is the large and maintained swimming pool with lawn, the weather is open from early May to mid-October. Wonderful walking and hiking trails start from the house, where you can enjoy both the magical view, the heavenly silence and the fresh and healthy air. Here, on the sunniest slope of Luino, you will find a little paradise. In the village itself there is a bar, a mini market, a restaurant and a pizzeria. You park your car in your private underground car park. Furthermore, free guest parking spaces are available in front of the residence. Pets are not allowed. Wonderful property exactly as advertised. Stunning views from the balcony. The pool was great. Very well maintained gated community. Superb value. Payment is required up front via bank transfer. A few notes, there is no shop in Agra (which is the village where this property is located). There is a small shop in Dumenza about 2 miles down the hill, or the supermarkets in Luino. In Agra there is only a kiosk that sells sandwiches, coffee, alcohol, tabacco etc at the park and two restaurants (which were both good). The park has a deer enclosure which our children loved. By far the easiest way to drive to the property is via the village of Torbera. The TV is the German Satellite feed. Check in is 3pm to 6pm only. You have to arrange a time to meet. Communication with the property manager via text in Italian. The shower area needs some work done on it. As a suggestion I would say the upstairs bedroom is big enough to have an additional single bed, which would reduce the need to use the sofa bed in the dining area.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage. Wir sind mit 1 Person mit Kind, die haben in einem Doppelbett geschlafen, dann 1 weiter Erwachsene Person, die hat im 2. Schlafzimmer geschlafen, auch Doppelbett. Und 1 weitere Erwachsene Person die im Wohnzimmer auf dem auszuziehenden Sofa geschlafen hat. Also 3 Parteien, 4 mal Bettbezug war da. Aber nur 2 Bettlacken. Es war nicht möglich, ein drittes Bettlaken zu bekommen. Wir haben die Wohnung wegen 3 Zimmern zum Schlafen gebucht. Aber vom Vermieter kann auf die Anfrage, wir brauchen ein drittes Bettlaken, nur die Anwort, gebucht ist für 4 Personen, also gibt es nur 2 Bettlaken. Die Erwachsenen gehörten nicht als Paar o.ä. zusammen. Die konnten nicht zusammen schlafen. Das war nicht gut.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, angenehme Lage oberhalb des Sees. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die neuen Pool-Regeln sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Eine Person der Familie /Gruppe muss außerhalb des Pools sitzen, um auf die anderen Personen im Wasser "aufzupassen". Kinder, die alt genug sind und gut schwimmen können, dürfen nicht alleine schwimmen gehen. Außerdem muss man sich in eine Liste eintragen, wann man kommt und geht. Trotzdem hat uns die, sehr gepflegte, Anlage gut gefallen.

Schöne und ruhige Wohnung

Agra liegt ca zwanzig Minuten oberhalb von luino. Wohnung ist zweckgemäß gut eingerichtet. Einzige Einschränkung ist, dass es kein WLAN gibt.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Die Wohnung ist schön und ruhig gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ins Hinterland und an den See. Verwaltung, Eigentümerin und Nachbarn sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da es keine Schuko-Steckdosen gibt, sollte bei Bedarf ein Adapter und ein Verteiler mitgebracht werden.
