The tastefully furnished, approx. 80 m² large 3 ½-room apartment is located in the 2nd and thus penultimate floor of a 9-family house about 50 meters from the Hapimag residence. Due to the central yet quiet and sunny location in the heart of Cannero, the apartment offers an excellent base for a relaxing holiday. Shops for daily needs are within easy walking distance. In about 200 meters away there is the beautiful, free public beach and the beautiful lakeside promenade with inviting cafes, restaurants, bars and the passenger ferry, which runs regularly on the lake and carries you almost everywhere, z. One of the famous weekly markets in Luino, Cannobio or Verbania. Here, the water offers beautiful views of the mountains, meadows and villages. In spring, the place sinks into a sea of camellia and invites you to stroll. In addition to the prime location are still the ideal floor plan and the amenities with free wireless Internet access, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and freezer to emphasize. Two friendly bathrooms, the separate, well-equipped kitchen and 2 balconies with panoramic views complete the picture. Pets are not allowed. You can park your car on your private parking space in the underground garage or on the free guest parking in front of the house. Super netter Empfang durch die Inhaberin Monica, kalte Getränke wurden bereitgestellt. Wunderschöne, zentrale Ferienwohnung mit Seeblick.Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sogar ein kleines Einkaufslädchen mit sehr humanen Preisen und gutem Sortiment in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings nicht für gehbehinderte Menschen, da 40-50 Treppen zu überwinden sind.

Sehr gut gelegene großzügige Ferienwohnung

Schlecht war nur eine Woche lang das Wetter. Die Wohnung hatte einen tollen Ost Balkon mit Blick auf den See und einen West Balkon für den Abend mit Blick in die Berge. Der Supermarkt ist nur wenige 100 m entfernt und hat die gleichen Preise wie die größeren Supermärkte in anderen Städten von der gleichen Kette. Außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten des Supermarktes konnte man das nötigste auch in dem benachbarten Hapimag Hotel bekommen. Cannero Riviera erschien uns in der Vorsaison noch nicht vollkommen touristisch und damit noch ein bisschen ursprünglich. Der sehr schöne Strand ist nur wenige 100 m entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung war die sauberste, die wir jemals hatten. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf die Tiefgarage sollte man allerdings nur setzen, wenn man einen Kleinwagen besitzt. Wir hatten das Glück, dass außerhalb der Wochenenden wir immer einen der Stellplätze am Haus ergattern konnten.

Wurden von Monica herzlich empfangen . Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, super sauber, Lage zentral, ruhig und mit tollem Blick vom Frühstücksbalkon zum lago. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Check in und check out unkompliziert und sehr verzrauensvoll.

Tolle Wohnung

Schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung die exakt den Bildern entspricht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch die Vermieterin, die uns alles erklärt hat. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und der Lago Maggiore ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Fewo in ruhiger Lage

Blitzsaubere Unterkunft, in der es an nichts fehlt, mit 2 tollen Balkons, in schöner ruhiger Lage. Der Ort ist klein, aber sehenswert, mit einer schönen Seepromenade und einem kleinen Strand. Restaurants sind ausreichend vorhanden.
