Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the shower head. Had we been made aware of the problem during your stay, we would have been happy to have our maintenance team address it as quickly as possible. We always encourage guests to reach out during their visit so we can resolve any concerns and help ensure a more enjoyable experience. We also understand your disappointment regarding the pool, hot tub, and the temporary obstruction of the ocean view due to the exterior painting project. The painting was part of a larger property improvement project, and a construction notice was sent prior to arrival that included information about the exterior work and potential impacts to guest amenities and views. We recognize that these temporary inconveniences can affect the overall experience, and we appreciate your patience while these improvements were being completed. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue to improve both our communication and guest experience. We wish you all the best and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future once the property improvements have been completed.

We agree! Thank you for visiting Surftides Plaza. We look forward to your Return to the Jetty!
