DETAILS AND AMENITIES

MAIN ROOM: 43” Roku TV so you can sign in to your streaming services, dresser, closet, iron and ironing board, and a queen sized bed. USB ports in lamps for easy device charging.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is well equipped with a full sized stove, fridge, & microwave, with utensils, pots, pans, dinnerware, and a Keurig coffee maker. We also supply a starter set of K-cups, sugar, & creamer.

LAUNDRY: The building has a coin operated community laundry just steps from the condo for your convenience. You'll find some laundry pods in the bathroom so you can take clean clothes back home!

BEACH: We're only 900' from the beach. You can watch all of the cruise ships, walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and see rocket launches and landings, right from our beach! We're also in the East Coast Surfing Capital, so go ahead and sign up for a surf lesson or rent a surfboard close by! Be sure to check those other listings you're comparing us to, we are closer to the beach than most in our size and price ranges!

PUBLIC SPACE: There is an outdoor community table to enjoy the days outside, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse the sand and salt before you head back in. This is also the smoking area since there is no smoking inside the unit.

PARKING: There is one parking spot assigned to the unit so you’ll always have a place to park, close to the condo. It's fairly deep so if you have 2 medium/smaller vehicles you may be able to double up!
