Beach access is just a 1-minute walk away, an easy stroll whether you’re carrying a surfboard or a beach chair. Cocoa Beach Pier is a few minutes’ walk away, as well, and the iconic Ron Jon’s Surf Shop is less than a mile!



The Space:

This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals, and have been passed down within the family for three generations.

Needless to say, the decor and furnishings have changed a lot over the years! Now, you’ll find a modern, colorful, simple design to welcome you back from a day at the beach. Kick off your flip-flops and shower away the salt and sunscreen (the bathroom has a tub/shower combo). Then stretch out on the sofa for a nap and/or a movie on the flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities.

For dinner, saute some fresh fish in your fully equipped kitchen, with an electric stove, fridge, and microwave. Or check out one of the great restaurants in Cocoa Beach—there are many delicious options within a mile.

Other perks include free reserved parking, A/C, fast WiFi, and laundry in the building.

The Neighborhood:

Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance locally such as the beach, shops, restaurant/bars, etc.) You are very close to the A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)



Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
