Welcome to our vacation rental located on the fourth floor of a building. Please note that there is no elevator, so it's important to keep that in mind if you have any mobility concerns. However, once you make it to the fourth floor, you'll be rewarded with stunning sunsets, an incredible ocean view, and refreshing ocean breezes.

The rental is situated right on the coast, offering direct access to the beach. It's an ideal location for those who enjoy surfing, as you'll have easy access to the waves. If you're lucky enough to visit during whale watching season, you'll have a front-row seat to observe these magnificent creatures from the comfort of your vacation rental.

While the rental itself is small, it has been designed to be cozy and comfortable. It offers all the necessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable, including a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and cozy bedrooms. The focus is on providing a relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Whether you're sipping a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the ocean, you'll find yourself mesmerized by the natural beauty that surrounds you. The ocean view, the comfort, the cleanliness and quite frankly the general experience. Host was great, check in easy, place very clean! No patio but the living room doors open to give you a feel of being outside. Very small space, much smaller than what it looks like in the photos. Would not suggest for two couples but ok for a family with small kids. Beach is mostly sandy, great for walking but not great for swimming. Lots of sea urchins, stones and shells. Neighborhood is nice with lots of restaurants near by.

Beautiful location with amazing view. Nice to have designated parking. Comfortable for 3 people, but might get tight with any more. Host very responsive. Great little condo on the beach in Aguada

Small but cozy condo with everything you need right on the beach in Aguada. Great views and surfing spots nearby. My wife and I really enjoyed our 4 night stay. You can hear the waves even with the windows shut but with the windows open the ocean sounds are wonderful and intense. Great central location for exploring the western coast of PR.

The sunset was priceless! Hearing the beach waves was so relaxing! And the apartment was so cutee I will totally recomend this place. Another pluss was the utilities and cleaning products for us to use.

Sunset view is great. The beach is quite rocky, but there are sandy beach options nearby. Some of the utensils had pieces of food on them and there was a roach style bug climbing the wall. Reached out to owner and they said it was sprayed for bugs before we arrived. They weren’t willing to work with us on any fees or compensation considering lack of cleanliness.

Tyler, thank you for your review. Yes we have all our units sprayed for pest control. Your unit was sprayed the morning prior to your arrival. We send a message upon check in and a morning after message asking if anything is not up to standard, please let us know right away, so we have an opportunity to fix it. If we are notified about a problem and given the opportunity to fix it, then it makes it hard to refund something we are unaware of. In the future make sure any host is aware of any problems in the moment, so they can make it right. Ara and Aaron's place was exactly as featured on the website. Lovely and cozy with beautiful ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. A well decorated and well set home with functionality. The kitchenette had all the necessary tools for a decent meal prep. The beach chairs and cooler were good provisions to enjoy the beach time. The inbuilt laundry was a convenience. Overall we had great time at Casa Tiburon. Ara and Aaron were quick and responsive. They were Wonderful hosts. Thank you guys for a nice stay at yours.
