Sunny apartment with large balcony overlooking the marina

The sunny apartment has a living room with dining area, a kitchen with a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room and a hallway. From the living room you enter the 18 m² balcony. On this you can start the day with a sunny breakfast or end the day at sunset in the evening.
The couch in the living room can be used as a sofa bed. There is an extra topper (1.40 m wide) available.
A parking space is also part of the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
If required, a travel cot and a highchair can be rented.
The fine sandy beach of Usedom Island can be easily reached in Karlshagen by bicycle or other sections of the beach by car.
In the town center are all necessary utilities (eg. Discounters, bakers, doctors, restaurants, gas station).
You can choose a variety of activities on the island - boat trips, bike rides or just to enjoy the tranquility.
Please pay attention to the bridge train in Wolgast upon arrival.

Naja, die Kommunikation ist noch ausbaufähig, schlecht war, das bei diesem winterlichen Wetter auf dem Parkplatz und auch nicht der Fussweg zum Treppenhaus der Unterkuenfte gestreut wurde… es war spiegelglatt!!!Die Ferienwohnung war dagegen sehr schön

Man hatte super Blick auf den Hafen. Ruhige Lage. Wetter hat gut mit gespielt. Internet war leider keins vorhanden. Bettwäsche musste man selbst beziehen, war für mich aber kein Hindernis. Manch andere wird es bestimmt bemängeln.

Ein perfekter Kurzurlaub in toller Lage

Für 3 Nächte hatten wir uns zu zweit in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung eingemietet. Es war einfach alles perfekt, angefangen mit der Ankunft wo uns der freundliche Herr Krebs gleich von oben auf den Parkplatz ein gewunken hat, und uns dann die Wohnung zeigte. November ist nicht die schönste Reisezeit, aber in der Wohnung war es muckelig warm und der Ausblick auf die Angler im Nebel hatte auch was! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man so braucht, und der Fernsehsessel ist ja fast besser als meiner zu Hause 😉 Und wie schön muss es hier erst im Sommer sein, wenn man die große Terrasse nutzen und die Segler beim Anlegen beobachten kann. Jetzt war es leider zu kalt dafür. Alles in Allem ein perfekter Kurzurlaub für den ich sehr gerne überall 5 Sterne vergebe.

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und auch alles sehr hochwertig. Lage direkt am Hafen mit unterbautem Blick aufs Wasser. Sehr große Terrasse mit bequemen Loungemöbeln Wohnung allerdings durch Endreinigung und evtl. Wäschepakete recht teuer

Schöne großzügige Wohnung

... in schöner Lage, etwas abseits vom Trouble (das mag im Sommer vielleicht etwas anders sein). Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, große Terrasse und Parkplatz vor der Tür. Übergabe verlief problemlos. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas gründlicher sein, ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gern wieder

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen. Von dem sonnigen Balkon aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Yachthafen. Fußläufig kann man nach ca. 2,5 km das Zentrum und den Strand von Karlshagen erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Von der Ferienwohnung aus konnten wir direkt auf ausgeschilderten Radwegen zu verschiedenen Touren starten. Zu empfehlen ist das im gleichen Gebäudekomplex befindliche Restaurant "Veermaster", allerdings sollte man vorher reservieren. Alles in allem haben wir den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen.

hübsche FeWo mit guter Ausstattung und einem sehr schönen Balkon, der Sonnenschirm ist zu schwer, er fällt schon bei leichtem Wind um, Leider fehlt ein Föhn.

ein traumhafter Urlaub

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung direkt am Hafen ist perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Gaststätte und Fischimbiss fast direkt vor der Tür. Um zum Ostseestrand und zum Ortszentrum zu gelangen sind Fahrräder vorteilhaft - Ausleihen sind reichlich vorhanden. Wir kommen gern wieder.
