This beautiful 2 bedroom home is located close to everything Wilmington has to offer. Located 6 miles from Wrightsville, 4 miles to downtown Wilmington, a mile from UNCW and 3 miles to Screen Gems studios. Plenty of shopping close by as well as a plethora of dining opportunities. Our home is located on a nice quite street and has a large fenced yard for your K9 friends to enjoy. Everything you need for a weekend or several week stay is provided.

Very nice house & location. Just minutes from downtown Wilmington. Live Oak Pavilion is right there as well. The host was super friendly and gave us great recommendations.

Great Stay!

This home was perfect for a relaxing trip in Wilmington. It’s close to everything you need and about 15 minutes drive to the beach. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and we appreciated all the amenities (coffee, beach supplies, stocked kitchen, doggy bags, etc) included! Definitely recommend.

This quaint cottage was the perfect stay for us with everything we needed to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UNCW- combined with a short vacation in Wilmy. The host is extremely professional and helpful meeting any need or question that came up for us. Super convenient to campus, shops, restaurants, breweries, and the beach!

Weekend getaway

The house was charming and had everything we needed.The back deck was great for enjoying stargazing . Would definitely recommend if your planning a stay in Wilmington. The location was perfect to visit historic downtown Wilmington. We also enjoyed the trails at Carolina Beach. Host Craig was very responsive when needed.

Amazing Location!!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Craig's house! The property was very clean and had everything you could need on your stay. The house even had beach chairs and an umbrella which was awesome since we were just 10 min from Wrightsville Beach and 20 from Carolina Beach. Downtown is only 10 min away and we loved the riverwalk! Craig was an amazing host and we would stay again!

Just perfect!

This cute place was PERFECT for my family! The fenced in backyard was AMAZING for our lil fur babies. It made our stay stress free. They even had dog dishes and bags to clean up their little messes! The house is decorated nicely and very clean! Greg was so nice and communicated every step of the way. They even have chairs and other beach supplies available. We highly recommend!!!!

Exactly as advertised. It was a cozy little cottage that was the perfect size for us. They supplied all the little amenities that help your stay be easy (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee bar). Enough instructions to know what to do and easy check-in procedure. Backyard, laminate flooring, and air conditioning made it an easy stay with our dog.

Wilmington Cottage

It is exactly as described, situated on a quiet street of 11 homes. Very close to main streets, less than 10 minutes from downtown and the river. Many restaurants within 5/10 minutes. We really liked Ciana, very close by. Easy to communicate with Craig, the owner. We were there for 4 weeks.
