This beautiful 2 bedroom home is located close to everything Wilmington has to offer. Located 6 miles from Wrightsville, 4 miles to downtown Wilmington, a mile from UNCW and 3 miles to Screen Gems studios. Plenty of shopping close by as well as a plethora of dining opportunities. Our home is located on a nice quite street and has a large fenced yard for your K9 friends to enjoy. Everything you need for a weekend or several week stay is provided.

Very nice, cozy cottage. Everything one needs is there. Fenced in back yard for dogs. It’s close to lots of amenities on Market Street and a short drive to downtown. Craig is a very accommodating host. We’d certainly stay there again.

Everything was great!! The cottage is so cute and clean, it had literally everything you would need for a stay. Huge plus with beach items already being there. Far exceeded my expectations, 10/10 we would definitely stay again!

I Called the owner “Craig” and told him that I had a seizure and he did not notified in time for me to except the contract. His response was “I don’t care VRBO has a strict policy about canceling. I told him that I was unconscious in the hospital. He hung up on me over the phone, This guy is a total a whole. Never book with him. He sells this home as a two bedroom But it’s a one bedroom with a living room fotton ! I was never able to go there and he has never offered me a refund. NEVER BOOK THIS One Bedroom Home! He took my money and I never was never there!

Wow! I received a voicemail saying she had been in an accident on the day she was to arrive. I then received an inquiry from someone with the same first name but different last asking how many bedrooms it was. I replied that there were two bedrooms with queen sized beds. Later I received a phone call in which she told me she had fallen down and hit her head so she could not make it. When I questioned her she said “you only have one bedroom and I’m gonna sue your a*#”. I feel bad for her and wish her the best. And BTW if I only had one bedroom and advertised two I think some of the multitude of people who have stayed here and gave me 5 star reviews might have mentioned it.

Fall Break Vacation

Had a great stay with our two dogs, the yard is great and having a very tall fence was important for us. Location also great, 10 minute drive to downtown Wilmington and about 15 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, 10/10 would stay again!

Host is very responsive, he even was accommodating when we left a day early due to bad burns and a sick child. Wonderful stay and cute cottage.
