Winter in Vienna

The property was perfect for our family of 4. I wish it was slightly closer to city center, but getting back and forth was no problem. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials we needed to make our stay pleasant. Definitely recommend this place and if we make it back will be looking to stay here again. Great Apartment in Viena!

Johannes’ apartment was an excellent choice for a stay in Vienna. Close to public transportation and easy to access. The apartment is much larger than it appears to be in the pictures. We would definitely recommend Johannes’ Apartment if you’re heading to Vienna!

Tolles Appartement!

Wir waren mit dem Appartement sehr zufrieden! Das Appartment war größer als es auf den Bildern wirkte. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war sehr gut. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Zwischendurch gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Spülmaschine, was aber dank eines kurzen Telefonates geklärt werden konnte. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Grundsätzlich entprach die Wohnung den Erwartungen, mit der Einschränkung, dass die Küchenausstattung eher schlecht und wenig war (stumpfe Messer, kein Schneidebrett, keine Tee-und Kaffekanne, leider nur historische Trinkbecher) und die Möblierung insgesamt schon abgenutzt war.

Wien erkunden

Wir waren 5 Tage in Wien und hatten von der Wohnung aus immer einen guten Startpunkt für alle unsere Unternehmungen. Egal ob Sightseeing, Erkundung der Umgebung von Wien oder Stadionbesuch, alles war innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man für die Zubereitung des Frühstücks oder einer Mahlzeit braucht. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen, wir waren nur zu zweit dort, denken aber, dass auch 4 Personen genügend Platz haben. Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, so dass es sehr ruhig ist, dennoch befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten an einer von 2 U-Bahn Stationen. Schloss Schönnbrunn ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß nzu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Johannes war von Beginn an sehr hilfreich. Johannes ( oder die Agentur ) hat uns jederzeit über Änderungen informiert. Wir haben im Vorwege Informationen zu Parkmöglichkeiten und genaue Angaben zum Check-in bekommen. In der Wohnung fanden wir in einer Mappe eine gute Zusammenstellung mit Informationen sowohl zur Wohnung als auch zu Unternehmungen in Wien. Während unseres Aufenthalts sind wir Johannes einige Male begegnet, er ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt in Wien ist für uns immer ein Genuss.Da wir seit 30 Jahren regelmäßig nach Wien fahren, kennen wir uns recht gut in der Stadt aus und genießen die besondere Atmosphäre. Ferienwohnungen oder Hotels suchen wir in immer anderen Bereichen der Stadt, wenn möglich mit guter Anbindung. Kulturell bietet Wien immer etwas.

Die Wohnung an sich war recht geräumig und sauber. Lediglich wirkte sie zum Teil recht verwöhnt, besonders das Badezimmer. Dennoch waren wir zufrieden.
