The open concept design centers on a great room with vaulted ceilings and a large stone fireplace, flowing into a modern chef's kitchen. You'll enjoy the well equipped kitchen highlighted with solid hickory cabinetry, oversized black farmers sink, quartz countertops, large island, new LG appliances, and a gas convection/air-fryer stove. The kitchen leads to a large dining table with seating for 6, surrounded by screened in patio doors that open to both the backyard and large screened in porch. Outside, there is a spa-like shower, a deck for sunbathing or sitting, a large side yard with cafe lights (remote controlled from the kitchen), a propane grill and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs set on crushed gravel. The home also includes a workspace with a standing or sitting desk that can easily be moved should you wish to enjoy a different part of the Lodge, and the 2nd bedroom has a traditional desk for added workspace. The mud room is home to a full-size washer/dryer. There is Nest-controlled central heating and air-conditioning, equipped with a hospital-grade Rheem HVAC HEPA/UV filtering system, a generator, and 1GB high-speed wi-fi.
