Welcome to Naples! Welcome to the World Tennis Club! Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom nest with lake view.

Make yourself comfortable in the living room on the comfortable couch. Or enjoy the wonderful lake view with a glass of wine on the terrace. Our apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short or long-term Uraub.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have a fan for a nice breeze.

The two bathrooms are furnished as a walk-in shower and the sinks with granite slabs. The kitchen also has a high quality granite countertop, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. In the separate laundry are a washing machine and a dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has dishes, pots, cutlery and all cooking utensils.

The apartment has two TVs, one in the living area, the other in the master bedroom. Free wifi is available throughout the apartment.

Our stay was great. Great location in World Tennis Club. Also, close to Sanchez Academy. Things to improve:If you want to have more renters to your condo get some updated furniture that is comfortable to sit in. Also get a can opener that works. Bake wear would help as well Everything else was fine!

Nice, clean and quiet

Everything is close. Accommodations, stores, restaurants and beaches access are possible by bicycle. We would like to coming back next year.

Very nice and tennis friendly

I love the World Tennis Center and this condo had everything I wanted for our stay in January. It was clean and well appointed. The owner and manager were easy to deal with. It is about 200 yards from the tennis center. Loved it.

Peaceful get-away

We stayed at this location during December just before Christmas. The property is centrally located in Naples and the grounds are lovely. The condo is lovely and the bed was comfortable. The host was quick to respond to all communications. We hit a snag on our return flights and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us to decrease any further stress created by that situation. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again !

Peaceful and Quiet

Everything was clean and in very good condition. Nice furnishings. Screened in entry and patio. Very quiet and nice grounds for walking. Easy driving in and out because of street light. Full array of beach umbrellas, chairs (we added a nice one) and other gear. Walmart grocery and Target about a mile north. Can walk there along sidewalk.

Nice condo in good location.

Clean, conveniently located and well stocked. Small 1st floor condo for 2 - 4 people max. Tiny living room with limited seating area, needs new sofa. Small kitchen has the essentials and dining area for 4 people. Nice lanai faces east is very warm for summer mornings. Huge primary bedroom with comfortable firm bed. Very nice community pool and hot tub. Minor bug issue was quickly resolved by property manager.

First time VRBO, First time on West Coast Florida. kitchen stocked with spices, tea, coffee needs and salad dressing mixes helpful. Only down part was BR TV remote not working upon arrival, but was rectified the very next day. Also check Gate code, they seem to change it on end of month, almost got stranded on New Years Eve coming home, No one answered my call , luckily we came home before midnight after dinner and someone finally came up behind us with a delivery that let us in.

Stayed at Condo for 2 weeks at the end of April 23. Condo clean with good facilities Susanne and Katya very helpful and good communication. Only downside of condo was that the sofa was not very comfortable and if more than 2 people staying not big enough. Would also have liked a safe to keep personal belongings in. Tennis courts, pool and clubhouse only 5 minutes walk away. Clubhouse reasonably price for food and drinks but not open all year round. Tennis rackets and balls provided in condo which was good 20 minute drive to beach by Naples Pier Supermarket and other stores approx one mile away Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Excellent communication and very pleasant check in experience with the manager of the property. Home was very clean and easy to get to all locations in Naples form there. Would stay with them again.

Sun and fun

Very nice condo located on n the first floor! Close to shopping, dinning, and beaches! Very nice pool, several clay tennis courts, a couple of regular tennis courts. They had pickleball courts (that’s why I was in Florida) but they were clay as well. Overall a really nice place to stay!

Nice place, great location!

I came to Naples for tennis. Having the courts nearby was perfect. The condo has 2 large and comfortable beds. The TVs were nice and plenty of channels. Being on the first floor was easy on tired legs. Just down the street are lots of stores. There are bicycle paths that are easy and safe to use. If you're a cook the kitchen is sparse but for me it was adequate. Overall I was very pleased.

Naples Getaway

The World Tennis Club condo was just as described with everything we needed for a quick getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The check-in process was simple and Katya, the owner's representative, was delightful to deal with. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great stay
