We enjoyed our 3-night stay in this cozy apartment close to Lake Winniepesaukee. The friendly hosts are onsite but we had total privacy. The property is certainly located to the many other small beach towns and attractions around the lake.

Very nice rustic feel space.Unit is in sort of an unusual spot above the garage, but once inside it's very nice.Great location near the lake and a really nice beach.Hosts were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Mark and Shelly are truly the best hosts. This is my second time coming here and the views are just unbeatable. You are in a perfect distance from Laconia and Meredith as well. There is such good food and drinks around the area too and many hiking trails and history to explore. I highly recommend coming here. The room is so nice and clean and you are in walking distance to the lake (a minute walk), We will be back!!

I can’t get over how wonderful this stay truly was. Mark and Shelly are such nice people and had such a cute friendly dog! The lake access was absolutely perfect and the water was very nice. The house was so cute and clean, made perfect for a couples vacation. We will be coming back again!!
