Family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay and John was just the best host! Very attentive and responded very quickly to our requests. The house is exactly as described and has any and all kitchen items you would want or need to make chef-inspired meals! My only comment...is if you are planning on using the spa/heated pool, there is an additional daily fee. We used the spa and it heated up quickly and we definitely enjoyed our time! I would highly recommend!

Just to clarify the spa heating is free, the pool heating requires a fee. It's expensive on the gas, but I eat typically over half the cost as it varies depending on weather. But yes, thank you Susan for helping to communicate that. It's not intended to be a hidden cost, and it's really the only fee apart from standard cleaning that we charge.

Would stay again

We stayed for a week at this property. Great location for us to go to the beach and Sea World. Stocked with loads of dishes and glassware, plus everything needed to cook and clean up. And we loved the 2 washers and dryers so more than one load could be done at a time. Perfect size for our group with the bedrooms and baths. We could have used the one room with 2 queen beds (shown in the listing) since we were all adults and one small child and the twin bedroom was a bit tight for adult males. The listing showed 2 queen beds in a room, but there was only 1 queen bed in each of 3 rooms, 1 room with twin beds and a king bed in the primary. We made it work just fine though. Nicely laid out spacious home so you could be part of the group or have quiet time to yourself. Lovely outdoor space. Easy communication with the owner/manager and quick return with any questions. There are small items that need fixing as with any home. Nothing that deterred from us from having a terrific time!
