Modern design renovation, luxurious furnishings, the villa is fully furnished, all furniture is new, modern expensive plumbing and household appliances are installed. The villa also has a new swimming pool with an automatic computer control system. Guests of the villa are provided with services for active leisure: snorkeling, fishing. The villa also has a jet ski that can be rented. The villa offers a private beach with comfortable sun loungers.
