Spend your stay in this cozy 2-room apartment. The living area is furnished with a spacious 3 seater sofa with chaise longue, a flat screen TV (43 inches UHD 4K SMART TV) and a solid wood dining corner for 4 people. The separate bedroom offers with a box spring bed, a closet, a dresser and bedside tables any comfort to feel good. Another flat screen TV in the bedroom is also available.
The fitted kitchen is equipped so that all kinds of food can be prepared. A microwave with hot air and grill function complements the equipment.
On the balcony, which can be reached from the living room, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and enjoy a glass of fine wine. This apartment faces west, overlooking the quiet courtyard.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in walk-in shower, toilet and sink. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 3 € / day. All floors, including the underground car park, are easily accessible by lift.
For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.
