Terrific place

This property was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Tbe decore is tasteful and not overdone. The grounds were clean and quiet and really good access to tbe condo from the parking. Nice porch to sit out on also. No problems, would stay again!

Great Location, quite area & ample living space, well kept and super clean!!!

This place was perfect for our holiday week stay. It was pleasantly updated, offered a clean and beautiful 2 bedroom with 2 full bath. Bed were very comfortable & plenty of blankets too for cool nights. Thank you Amanda for making this an easy transaction, you always answer!

We loved the apartment and neighbors with children were quiet at night. Enjoyed all three days there

Looking for rental in Couer d’Alene and found this “new” listing Apartment felt like it was a new rental with lots of extras such as spices and condiments plus extras not usually available with rentals.

This condo was ok but was missing a lot of what we consider basic items. We stayed for the month of July. There were hardly any hangers, only 4 coffee cups and 3 were chipped, only 4 water glasses and 3 were cracked and chipped, no colander for straining pasta, only one old, dingy towel to dry dishes, no sponge or dish cloth, no good knives at all. We couldn’t find a knife that could cut a tomato. So I emailed the Management company who told me no one has asked for these items before. Bet they didn’t stay for 30 days either was my reply. We eventually received most of these but received no help from management when my medication was sent to this address. We were told they had no mailbox key as the owner didn’t want squatters. Management was rather difficult to work with. Told me to sit by the mailbox to wait for mail person to open the mailbox and call USPS, which I did 5 times. I waited for 4 hrs. at the mailbox. Apparently my medication was sent back. We enjoyed the A/C and being close to the small gym was nice.

Comfortable space

The apartment is large and has two comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. It was challenging to locate the room in the dark, so getting clearer instructions ahead of time would be helpful. Check the added fees and final date you can last cancel so that you are not surprised!

It was a spacious condo with everything you need for a stay with family. Had a little trouble finding the specific unit based on the parking setup, but we figured it out. Had an issue with a smoke detector battery on our last night and got instruction on how to handle it ourselves, but that we would be compensated for our time and inconvenience which was vwry much appreciated after a long day and a long drive home ahead of us.

Very cute place

The property was very cute and very comfortable. We found it well stocked with the little touches that made us feel welcomed. The beds were comfy and all the amenities were in the right place. Well done. The neighbors were families with kids and they were out playing quite a bit. This was the only distraction and it was very minor. The climate controls were a bit too technical for us and we struggled to find a setting so we wore sweats…no big deal. The tv controls were different so we tried to figure out how to get entertainment going. Eventually we got the basics figured out. Maybe a cheat sheet would help,others. Overall very nice place. Worked out well for our needs and well placed to the city center where we needed to be.

The condo is very roomy and comfortable. It has a nice kitchen so you can cook meals. The king bed is very comfortable. Plenty of blankets in the closet if you need an extra. The thermostat is easy to set. The two bathrooms are very nice. The condo has a washer and dryer, which was very nice. Plenty of places to park near the condo. The location makes it very easy to get around in the Coeur D'Alene area. We were there for a funeral, so the nice accommodations were a nice 'home away from home.'The front door to the condo is in a hallway. The building that the condo is in is easy to find, but the door to the condo is a bit tricky since it's in a hallway. If you plan on using the exercise facilities you must have a key card to open the door to the facility. It's not by using the keypad number that you use to enter the condo. The key card should be in the top drawer, by the dishwasher. We didn't have one, so arrangements had to be made to get one. Ashley was helpful. We have family in the area, so we plan to return and hopefully stay here again.
