Quiet neighborhood near lots of hiking trails. Relax inside by the fire or out in the private backyard. Soak in the new hot tub after a day on the mountain or golf course. Smart TV w/HDMI cable, USB charging stations throughout house. Kitchen has all necessities and filtered drinking water on tap. Outside of the property is monitored by surveillance cameras.
