Pool villa with 4 bedrooms
The Villa Maris was completely renovated in 2017 and offers 220m² of living space on 3 floors. It has 4 double rooms, each with its own bathroom.
The ground floor is the spacious living room with kitchen, dining and living room with a separate shower / WC. The couch is a sofa bed for an additional 2 persons.
In the fully equipped kitchen are microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and a side by side refrigerator with freezer.
On the first floor you will find 3 double rooms, each with its own bathroom with shower / WC. On the second floor is another master bedroom with shower / WC and a gym with various equipment. All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV.
The 9x4 m pool is equipped with massage jets and a waterfall too. Next to it is a solar shower. The outdoor kitchen includes barbecue and sink,
