Ocean Side 202 is a Two bedroom, 2 bath, Gulf front updated condominium that was built in 2004 and offers an amazing view of Indian Rocks Beach. It is also on the scale of smaller buildings compared to other complexes within the area which makes it perfect for those wanting a vacation without overpopulation. However, keep in mind that this building is a "stick" building and noise does transmit through the floors. Located within walking distance to the hub of Indian Rocks Beach, Ocean Side 202 is perfect for those wishing to explore the area on foot. This unit has a King in the master, two Twins in the second bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. It has 3 TVs, a DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen available for guests' use. If the kitchen is missing anything you need, you can call Plumlee and we will have the items delivered (some expectations). This unit is equipped with an in-unit washer, dryer, and WIFI for guests' use. The property is well kept by the property managers and offers a heated swimming pool and hot tub for guests' use until dusk.
