What better place to work or school from home...think of the recess breaks😎
This beautiful Top floor condo unit built in 2000 is situated right on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. A full ocean view with sliding glass doors that fold into the wall for a spectacular view. This unit is a 3rd floor, corner unit which means there are extra windows and the ceilings are higher than standard units. This makes you feel like you are in a house compared to an apartment. (it also means you wont hear the pitter patter of people walking on the floor above, because you are the top floor). The fresh coat of paint, remodeled kitchen and crown molding make this a great place to relax and take in the breathtaking views. We hear it over and over that the pictures just don't do it justice. I guess we need to take better photos :(

If you don't feel like walking the few steps to the beach, you can relax in the pool or hot tub, or soak up the sun in the lounge chairs on the pool deck. A gas grill is provided for those that enjoy a good bar-b-q. And don't worry, in the cooler months, the pool is heated so you can always enjoy the Florida sun.
The two covered parking spots are provided extremely close to the elevator which takes you right up to the door of your unit.
The location of this condo is in the heart of the Indian Rocks Beach with numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping. A few blocks down the street is a wonderful park for the kids and a city library for all the reading and movies you could ever watch. Also within a few blocks is a beautiful nature preserve.
Sunset Paradise condo complex in Indian Rocks Beach is close to multiple shopping areas, a small water park, putt-putt golf, an aquarium, some beautiful bike trails including riding over the bridge to Clearwater, a large amusement park is an hour away, Lego Land, Dinosaur World, and Disney is 1hr 45 min away.
There is plenty to do for all ages...or you can just relax at the beach, pool, or back porch and enjoy the best view around.

Clean, spacious, airy, and AMAZING balcony view of the ocean. If I had a good throwing arm, I could hit the ocean itself! Such a perfect space for a multi- generational vacation. The nonagenarian was able to make it to the beach as it was just steps away from the pool. The rest of us walked several miles in both directions and enjoyed the gentle surf, warm pool, and relaxing hot tub. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate utensils, pots, pans, and simple appliances. An in unit washer and dryer was a bonus so we didn’t have to go home with dirty laundry!

The views from this property are spectacular.The heated pool, and hot tub are steps from the beach and make this an ideal vacation getaway. The Property manager is a pleasure to work with and we having been coming here since 2021 and look forward to many more years of enjoyment

Allison and Gordon are originally from Ohio. We have lived in Tampa for 10 years now and have been growing our family at a pretty rapid pace. We have 5 children, 10 yrs old and younger. Over the ten years we have come to love Indian Rocks Beach best of all the beaches up the gulf coast and are beyond excited to be able to enjoy this beautiful condo that has been taken care of with such pride. We plan to use the condo when we don't have soccer practice, t-ball etc and share our getaway with others when we are not using it

Why they chose this property

We take tremendous pride in our place. It will always be increadibly clean and just waiting for you to spend some great family time together. We understand the value of time spent with family so we try to think of everything so you don't have to.
We have plenty of young kids And have supplied the condo with our basics such as the pack n play, stroller, booster seat etc.

Our location can not be beat. To be honest, there is not a restaurant around with a better view. We often order take out and eat from our balcony.
You will be very close to great food, a great breakfast place, you can rent bikes or paddlebpards etc.
In a short drive you will be in Clearwater Beach which is a much busier beach that has a lot of entertainment.
Lastly we self manage and want every experience to be amazing so if you need anything we are just a call or text away.

What makes this property unique

What makes this place unique:
Extremely clean
Well decorated
We can't take pictures that do the place justice.
Large sliding glass doors that fold into the wall giving you a full wall of wide open view of the ocean.
Being on the third floor you do not hear people walking above you.
The ceilings are also a bit higher in this unit compared to the units below. The extra couple feet make a huge difference.
Also being on the third floor the bugs are not as bad.
It is great to have your own personal restroom just an elevator ride away.
It's perfect for kids and nap time, where you can still enjoy the beach from the unit while kiddos are sleeping.
