Make memorable family vacations in this beautifully updated Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom updated condo. This condo has an open floor plan and a living room with comfy seating, ceiling fan, TV with cable, and DVD player. The dining area has a nice size table for mealtime or family game night. There is a small wet bar as well. The full-sized kitchen is well equipped to provide all the amenities of the home. The Gulf-front master bedroom has a King size bed and a sliding glass door to the balcony. There is a Romeo & Juliet window that has a view of the water and opens to the Gulf. The master ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a privacy bathroom door, and a step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and ceiling fan and TV. No need to overpack, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to US and Canada. The grounds have recently had a facelift, a newly surfaced tennis court, and a new pool deck make this property a highly desirable vacation location. The large beachside heated pool and hot tub complement the many loungers on the deck. There is a BBQ area with gas grills and tiki benches available as well as pool area restrooms. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint town with much to offer. Many nearby restaurants and small local shops in walking distance.

Indian Rocks Beach 1000

Overall property was great. We loved the size and amenities of the condo. We were concerned over a smell in the condo that seemed to come and go. At first we thought it was a very strong bleach cleaning smell but by the end believed it was something else.
