Horrible Experience
My family was traveling to Las Vegas for a volleyball tournament for my daughter and two hours before check in the owner sends an email of a cancellation of our booking stating that he did not realize the property was double booked. He never took responsibility for the double booking, put the blame of VRBO. I had booked this property two weeks prior and had received numerous emails from VRBO regarding my booking with a confirmation and reminders. The owner completely left me and 9 other family members stranded with no care about what he did. I highly doubt he did not know about the booking. We did not see the house or experience any of it, however my ratings are due to the owner and his response and timing to the situation. Please be aware of this owner and I suggest if you book this property, reach out to the owner in advance and make sure he has not double booked the property and alleviate the possibility of being stranded in Las Vegas with limited places to stay when accommodating a large group. I understand accidents happen, what I cannot understand is not taking responsibility and having no care about the inconvenience that this owner put on myself and family.
