Tiny Cabin on the outskirts of Mohican State Park

Looking for a nice getaway for two ? This is a SUPER TINY 200 sq ft Cabin located in a peacful neighborhood between Loudonville and Perrysville. It has a full kitchen and bath (please note the hot water heater is really small so if you both want hot water, showers should be limited to 3 mins ). A spacious patio to relax and enjoy yourself around a campfire. Super close to the Mohican State Park mountian bike trail !! If climbing in and out of the loft makes you uncomfortable, the sofa features a pullout bed. It's 9 mins to Mohican Adventures. 8 mins to loudonville and 22 mins to Snow Trails. Popular amenities include stove,microwave, mini fridge,and hairdryer.

This is our 3rd visit to Tiny Cabin. It's very tiny, but it has EVERYTHING you could possibly need, and it's very clean. Kevin, the host, is awesome. He's super nice and very responsive to messages. He goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. We brought friends with us this time, and they fell in love with Tiny Cabin, too! We will definitely be back again!

Full kitchen and bathroom and living space. Clean and stocked with an extremely nice back porch and back patio for campfires. Perfect and worth the money all the way around although the bedding situation is the only real downfall. The loft with the bed is quite cramped and the pullout couch isn’t really any better.
