About this property

First floor Mariners Cove, Myrtle Beach. Walk to the beach

Located in Myrtle Beach on Shore Drive, this condo is close to many attractions and restaurants. The first floor unit is perfect for visitors who desire limited step climbing. With two full bedrooms, two full baths and a sleeper sofa the unit can accommodate six guest. No parking hassles as beach access is across the road at Turtle Beach. Beach chairs and pool noodles provided. Ocean Annie’s is across the street.
Guest must be able to walk up six steps to get on the first level. The unit has recently been painted throughout. We are putting in new furnishings so the pictures will change as rooms are completed.
The landscaping on the property is beautiful with flowering plants and palm trees. An outdoor community pool is on site with an area for grilling and eating. Guests can sit on the porch and listen to the music from Ocean Annie’s. Inside things are quiet when the doors and windows are closed. Central heating and air conditioning. The unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, combined living room and dining area and a full kitchen. Two unassigned parking spaces are provided for guests. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker.

Trash should not be placed in the hallway . Please deposit trash in dumpster behind building C.
Beach wagons and carts are NOT permitted in the unit. Please do not put wet towels or swimsuits on the indoor furniture and bedding.

Amazing place to stay!!

This is our second year staying at this property and it never disappoints!! Close to the ocean and a great pool. The condo is big enough for everyone to have room for themselves and the outdoor porch is our favorite place in the evening.

Great location, close to the beach

Great location to enjoy a few days at the beach with the family. Within the complex, the unit it located closest to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. The complex has a nice pool and other facilities. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

A gem!

This is the cleanest and most convenient place in mariners cove and we have stayed at many different ones! Very nicely decorated, clean, updated and a 1 minute walk to the beach. We will be back!

We would definitely stay here again. Condo was very clean with easy access from parking lot. Complex was very quiet during the day and the kids loved the pool area. Beach access is right across the road which was great. Condo was well stocked and everything we needed worked well. Host communication was awesome.

Great Place to Vacation!

We loved staying at this condo! Everything was just as it said in the listing. It was very accommodating and probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed in the years we've been coming to Myrtle Beach. It's a perfect location near the fun things to enjoy in Myrtle Beach and there's local bars and restaurants in walking distance. The shared pool was wonderful and very clean. We greatly enjoyed the on-site grills with provided propane that were also well-maintained. 10/10 recommend staying here for your next vacation.

I was very happy with my selection of this rental for my month long stay. Theresa was very responsive, kitchen has all of the cooking utensils you need. All of the appliances are up to date. Easy walk across the street to the beach and a nice pool onsite. Parking was great. Make sure to hang the parking pass in your car because I did see people get towed. I would stay here again!
