The Roost-Close to Buffalo River & Wilderness Rider
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin! The Roost is the perfect getaway in the Upper Buffalo River area! Located along highway 21 between Kingston and Boxley, you will be right in the middle of it all!
The location is perfect for almost any and all activities that the area has to offer. All of the most popular hiking trails and floating on the Buffalo or Kings River are only a few minutes away!
Wilderness rider is only a short distance and you can ride directly from the cabin to the entrance on your OHV!
Endless views to the East and West make for some of the most amazing sunsets and sunrises you could ever ask for!!!
There is a fire pit and we provide a moderate amount of wood for your stay. There is a charcoal grill and guest will need to bring their own lighter fluid and briquettes. The kitchen is stocked with most of the cooking utensils you will need. We keep a few spices along with coffee for the drip style coffee pot.

Access is easy!! Great for any type of vehicle, motorcycles too! The house sits right along Highway 21 between Kingston and the Boxley Valley!
Other things to note
There is good cell phone service at the cabin along with WiFi and a land line, for emergency and local calls only. Guest should keep in mind that the closest grocery store is about 30 minutes away so come prepared!system FEb 2024!!
