The space includes ample counter space, Refrigerator Microwave Coffee Maker Electric Skillet Electric Grill. Dinnerware is included. There is no cooktop or oven.

Established neighborhood in a former 27-hole golf course community.
What makes this property unique
The property sits above Vogel Creek, with private access to the creek and trails. It has multiple gardens and fountains, along with an outdoor swing, bar area, firepit, pergola, and large patio with two 10x20 covered patio areas. Unfortunately, the unit has had cigarettes smoked in it which is not allowed, so there is a slight smoke smell, which most guests don't seem to mind. However, if you are hypersensitive to cigarette smoke, you might want to consider another property.
