What an amazing experience. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. The views were exceptional. Perfect accommodations both indoor and outdoor spaces. Plenty of beach towels and chairs all in great condition. Diane was a wonderful host. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing view, consistent and surprising wildlife, and not many people around. Dolphins came close to us while swimming, rays jumped out of the water, manatee, jelly fish, turtles… we hope to be back!

Such an incredible time at this location. Truly beautiful and literally a few steps away. Diane(the host) is one of the best hosts I have interacted with and really was accommodating to my family and I. We will absolutely return without hesitations.

Diane was a very available and communicative host. The unit was in a great location. Being able to add a golf cart rental is a great perk. The unit was not as clean as I would have preferred, but Diane was receptive to my feedback. Palm island is a fabulous vacation spot!

Thank you for the feedback on the cleaning. You only indicated to me that the outside beach chairs and golf cart were a bit sandy , nothing in the home, and this was after you checked out, not giving me a chance to send someone right away to to correct. I do have staff available to timely replace any damaged items that might have been overlooked, or respond to any complaints on check in. I remind all guest to communicate any concerns at check in to me. I do a check in call/text will all guests at check in time. and I do agree Palm Island is a fabulous vacation spot!! Perfect location for a quiet getaway! Owner was beyond helpful in communicating property information and in coordinating a couple of fishing trips. Highest recommendation with plans to return. Do not hesitate to book!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was extremely clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed during our visit. The kitchen was well stocked, the furnishings were nice, and it truly felt like a home away from home.The beachfront location was perfect — beautiful views and easy access to the beach made the stay even more relaxing. We really appreciated how well maintained and organized everything was. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable beach getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The property was stocked with everything we needed to make it our home for the week. Diane, the property owner, communicated exceptionally well. Our Family Vacation at Dolphin Beach

We had such a wonderful stay. Rental was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family. This was our second vacation on Palm Island. We love this little piece of paradise and looking forward to our next visit.
