Wonderful stay
We had a great time! Very convenient to route 1. It was very clean and had all the basics you need for a week there. The road noise was not too bad, it didn’t bother us at all. It was great to bring the dog on a family trip. We definitely want to come back next summer!

Quick get away
The loft was really nice. The rooftop was wonderful for a morning cup of coffee or a cocktail. We could still walk into town, maybe two miles, and enjoy the shopping and a nice meal. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place for a group or big family
If was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each on a different floor for privacy. Nicely furnished and convenient location. It was nice to have a garage to use so we didn’t need to put the roof on our jeep at night. The only negative was that there were a lot of stairs (especially for whoever gets the 3rd floor bedroom). Would be a problem for anyone who can’t do stairs very well. Overall, it was a great place.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. My sister has two young boys so having the crib was a great addition. The house is close to the main road so getting to stores/outlets/needed items was very convenient. The house came stocked with the smaller things we weren’t sure of such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, plastic bags. The house was clean and accommodated our needs. Very comfortable. However the mosquitos in the backyard were very intense so I would make your stay out there brief. We brought a thermacell to help but it was still a challenge. Sitting on the rooftop deck was very relaxing, especially in the evening and morning. Would definitely stay again. Guest services were very accommodating with any questions needed.

i was disappointed at the location in an industrial parking lot, near a car wash, adjacent to a dumpster, right off the highway. the listing did not seem to make that clear enough. the home was noisy at night. I am a heavy sleeper and woke up two of the three nights. We had a concern re: the automatic lock sounding like someone was trying to get in. We called the management company Vacasa. They said they would call us back, which they did but not until the next day, 4mins before the office closed. It turns out there was nothing they could do, but we did not feel good about that response. This is my second attempt to post. also, the property was clean but there was opened packages of food in the cabinets. That was uncomfortable.

Marathon weekend
Great house in a good location with plenty of space for 5 people. Just be advised the open layout and exposed pipes makes things a big noisy.
Very nice, modern home close to breakwater/junction trail. An easy walk to the shops and playground. Only drawback is the exposed plumbing. It is extremely loud!

Nice side yard for grilling and dogs!
Property is very large and flexible. Great, large outdoor spaced (although yard was infested w mosquitoes when we were there). Wonderful deck off the master bedroom. Super pet friendly and just around the corner from the bike trail. There is street noise as you are right off route 1 but it didn’t bother us. Excellent communication w rental company

Nice house with lots of room and good parking situation. Very clean and great layout. Easy to get to the beach each day. Deauxville beach is a short trip and that beach is much less crowded than the boardwalk beach (plus free parking with the pass!). All expectations we had for the property were met as advertised and in some cases even better. Great place to spend a week!

Great place to spend a week!
The unit is quiet despite being on the service road for Route 1, and it felt large even with our party of 7. Plenty of kitchen ware for cooking/eating with a group, and we enjoyed the breeze in the evenings from third floor outdoor area. The rental agent was very communicative too. One downside was the early check out at 9am, when check in not until 4pm. Would be nice not to have to bring beach chairs for everyone. Also, it’s a drive to the beach, but a short one so still a good value. Overall, we had a lovely vacation!

Beautiful home, great location
The only downsides to this unit is the modern industrial style layout and construction. Inside the condo, the plumber, sewer and air conditioning are all very noisy/loud especially at night when you are trying to sleep. This is due to all of the piping and ductwork being located outside of the walls as opposed to the inside, the very high exposed, metal framework (no sheetrock ceilings). The unit is also extremely noisy from the outside when windy or raining, again, especially at night. This is due to the metal construction and design of the building and drainage. It`s a cool looking unit, but not practical if you like peace and quiet. The only other notable exception is that none of the outside lighting was working. Otherwise, this is a well kept, minimalistic, clean, spacious unit.
