Great house for large families. I was there with my 6 kids aged between 26 and 12 years old and it fit us perfectly and comfortably. The house was very clean in a beautiful area facing a cute little marina.We had a great time!!!Robin was very communicative and flexible enough to let us check out way past the usual checkout time.Thank you Robin, we will be back Myra

This place is spacious and sweet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools. The pictures are accurate and the host was helpful. Only things you can’t see in the pics are that you have to bring your own sheets and towels, and the king size beds are two twins pushed together. But it was the perfect spot for my wife and I and two friends to spend a weekend and more people could easily fit. Fully equipped with board games, books, and music.

Short Beach Stay

We stayed for 2 nights and it was the perfect place for the 7 of us to go! The property manager was very attentive and easy to get ahold of. The outdoor shower had hot water and worked amazing for coming back from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The rain wasn't fun, but we loved this house. The area was quiet and cozy. It was a great time at Funland and rehoboth boardwalk .

We had a great time staying here while visiting Rehoboth. It was about a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk and beach. The host was nice to provide some essentials for our stay (a roll of paper towels, trash bags, new soap and roll of TP in each bathroom, dish soap) and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. We didn’t love that the king beds were actually two twin beds pushed together but that was ok. You do have to walk by the loft area to get to the upstairs bedroom with the king bed/twin bunk beds so the person in the loft area doesn’t really have much privacy, just FYI. We really enjoyed the peaceful location and scenic deck. It’s a warm and cozy house and we’d consider staying here again in the future. The host was also responsive through the app which is always reassuring. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property, but there were a few things that were annoyances more than anything. The room setup, with the king bed (not an actual king, but two twin beds) on the first floor not being located in the first floor master bedroom we found a bit odd. Ants in the kitchen were a constant problem and the grease pan on the outdoor grill was not cleaned out before our stay. Otherwise, a great stay for the price in Rehoboth.

This was by far the BEST home we have ever stayed at. My family and I had everything we needed. The bedrooms are comfy and lovely. Kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils. The house is Super kid friendly, toys and games my grandchildren enjoyed. The back deck area is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy. The location of property is convenient for getting to the beach. I highly recommend this listing and definitely will book for next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great place for families! Nice host not a lot of communication prior to going so make sure you bring your own sheets but would totally stay there. Again great little place and a very nice gentleman!
