You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. Pool heating is optional and available at an additional fee and required the entire stay. We do not charge for hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
- We do not charge for hot tub

*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. These creatures are a natural part of the desert environment, and while they typically keep to themselves, it's always a good idea to stay aware of your surroundings. Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay. We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.
